I have been a Xfinity customer for a while. They are the worst company every. Never get a Phone you paid for and decide to switch companies. They will lock your phone and not release it. I will never refer anyone to Xfinity Comcast. Didn't want to give them any stars.

Run don’t walk AWAY from Xfinity. You will be locked into services with them and charged an early cancellation fee of $200 no matter what the reason needing to cancel. I moved to area that they didn’t offer services and still being expected to pay it. I never signed any contract with them and I cancelled services months ago and they are still billing me current statements for the mobile services. I cannot get any assistance and this nightmare continues. I’m going to report them to BBB and the FTC. When you call their automated system it will put you on hold and I have no way to reach a actual person. And forget mobile service working outside he house when you’re away from Wi-Fi..got lost several times cause no internet or gps or data available outside the home. Don’t do it please you’ll regret getting Xfinity ANYTHING.

Comcast stores are far and few between.... This one's in a good location big open floor plan... Plenty of people that help.... And lots of things on display to look at...

For the love of GOD, I beg of you DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT sign up for their service. You will be ripping your hair out and punching holes in walls trying to resolve an issue with this provider. Absolute worst, WORST automated service ever. Trying to talk to a live agent is like trying to get a hold of the president of north korea. I would not recommend this provider to my worst enemy. I had to switch providers because I moved out of state and it was the absolute most painful process which should have been something extremely simple and easy to do. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can never get ahold of a human to actually get help with your problem, I was on the phone with the automated voice for 25 minutes just to get something installed. Then it kicked me off so i decided to drive down to the store to get help and they just told me they couldn't because they aren't the call service and to call the call service. I explained to them that it wasn't working and to just do it in store and they refused to help me. They have the worst customer service in town. Go anywhere else but here!

I would give negative stars if I could! Stay far away! I would never recommend using Xfinity to anyone! The incompetence is through the roof and every agent is rude and disrespectful. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone with them, even stopping by their branch in the last week, and my issues are still not fixed. They don't seem to appreciate our business at all, and we will be switching providers once they give me the money back that they owe me. I really do believe that they just hire random people off the street and throw them into customer service roles now without proper training or knowledge. Xfinity has reallywent down the drain. The customer service reps, to the store managers, the supervisors and even the customer account executives are all a complete joke that are not helpful at all.

I'm was a new Xfinity customer and I went to the store to pickup my wifi equipment. Service I received was great and I let with exactly what I needed.

I'll be visiting the store to talk to someone bc of course you cant call the store directly. This has been the WORST experience ever with getting new service and the customer service we've gotten online has been even worse, an absolute waste of time!

It’s like pulling teeth to get an actual human on the phone and I’m a “Gold” member of Xfinity rewards but the rewards are absolutely insulting being able enter a drawing to win something isn’t really a reward I could go on and on

You cant actually reach a human at the store you have to go to the tediously slow online help service which will take 20 minutes then boot you over and over every time you try. Its a joke of a system and the most anti helpful design in existence.
