Stopped in because this was the only location I could find dried mango. I got the last few bags they had. We also grabbed a hot pizza on the way out for an easy lunch.

Until today I've always been a happy Sams Club member. Been a member for a long time. Today at the service desk Tammy spoke to me so rudely I was appalled with her behavior. Will definitely rethink where I spend my money these days. I feel sure she's on a power trip of some sort and doesn't need to work with the public anymore....Time to let her go....worst customer experience ever !!! Very rude !!!

Not a bad store, I do like to shop here. But for some reason everyone seems to always be in a bad mood. When asking a question the employees are very short and act like they are bothered. The purple headed gal at the service desk lacks empathy and people skills, but it seems to be the "mood" there. Like I said, I like to shop here. I believe I will just do Sam's pick up from now on.

Was in this morning. Strictly for a 36 can case of dog food ( which I can not lift ). Going in I stopped at customer service requesting help. Was told someone would be there. I waited 15 minutes then pulled up this site and called. It rang and rang. It rang clear up to cashier who asked if she could help me. I hung up. Explained to her the issue. She took care of my problem. By the time I got back to the dog food aisle, an associate was there to help me. Both of those young ladies were very polite. The young man who loaded it into my car was very polite also. Great staff. ( could answer your phones though )

Ordered a slice of pizza and drink, while cutting my slice part of it fell out on the counter. She picked it up with her fingers , looked straight at me while she put it back on my pizza. Good help is hard to find

They had employees ready to check. The store was clean even with some obvious remodeling going on. Shelves were stocked.

We were driving through on vacation and had tire issues on a Sunday. Everything was closed except for Walmart and Sam’s Club, after sitting at Walmart for almost 3 hours they told us they might not be able to help us. They were busy and were moving very slow so we left and went to Sam’s. Noah and Irvin were amazing, got us in as soon as possible and very helpful explaining what was going on! Would highly recommend them!

Sam's was extremely busy, almost as bad as Christmas. I got my items in a short period of time & completed self check out with the aid of a Sam's employee. I had to wait longer for an electric mobile cart to become available than to shop & check out. This Sam's use to have plenty of mobile carts but not anymore. An employee told me that several have broken down & Sam's has not replaced them. I wish they would because now I dread going to Sam's because of this shortage.

I really like that my Sam's club doesn't move items around. I can go in and go straight to what I came in for. I normally use scan and go (which I love) but I went through a check out and two open lanes, able to get checked out quickly. Thank you Sam's Club
