If you are looking for a motivated & fair guy to buy a new or used car from Allyn Moore is your guy @Paducah Ford. He really went above & beyond for me & my family in obtaining the vehicle we needed. He's efficient, knowledgeable & very polite. He will get the car you need & take care of you. Thank you Allyn Moore for making yesterday a smooth transition. I appreciate you!

My daughter moved from Kansas City, Missouri to Knoxville, Tennessee on March 10, 2023. While driving, her car broke down on the highway outside of Paducah, Kentucky. It was towed to the nearest dealership, Paducah Ford Lincoln Mazda. It has now sat at Paducah Ford Lincoln Mazda for over three and a half months, waiting to be fixed under a recall by Ford. The service department states that they have checked the entire United States and the part is on emergency back order...for three and a half months. They will not give her a loaner car, even though it s covered by Ford. When we track down the parts they need, nope, they must come directly from Ford to be covered. The entire time, my daughter still must make her car payments for a car that she cannot drive. Service team is very unhelpful. If I could give less than a one star review, I would. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Keith provided a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. He wasn't a pushy salesman. Instead, he was ready to find a vehicle that met my needs in a timely manner. He was respectful and kind. My husband and I recently made 2 new additions to our family. We outgrew our previous car. I was looking for something that could comfortably fit all of us. I often travel for doctor appointments. So, I needed something with great gas mileage. Keith made it happen! Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience.I haven't been very pleased with the service department regarding the car I had before this one. The people are nice enough, but it seems like they would go out of their way to avoid diagnosing recurring problems or, if they "fixed it"... the problem remained once I got the vehicle back. It would be good for a week and then mess up. I do not recommend an AWD EcoSport.5-stars on the sales end. 2-stars on the service end.

DON'T GO HERE!!! DISASTER!!! Where do I start.... We recently moved to rural TN and brought our 2019 Mazda here for service because at 1 hour away, it was the closest dealer, and we have a Mazda prepaid maintenance plan. I'm not sure they really are a Mazda dealer because they told us they don't accept MAZDA prepaid maintenance plans. Other negatives... our 1 hour routine maintenance appointment lasted 3 hours and appeared to include a lunch break for the folks working there while our car sat taken apart and untouched for upwards of an hour. The waiting area was small and included no complimentary refreshments, and the vending machines stole our money. When we asked the front desk about the vending machine, they just laughed as if it was a common occurrence. Most of the employees we encountered were rude and unhelpful. We will never return to this location and were very disappointed.

Purchasing my new Ford Maverick was a good experience. Getting it worked on (while under warranty) was a very bad experience.

I have a 2016 Lincoln MKX. The new car price was 50K plus. I t has had an oil leak problem from day one. The oil pan and oil plug on this car are both made of plastic (a design and engineering flaw that is unforgivable). Why would anyone design a luxury vehicle with a 25 cent plastic oil plug? I have taken it to Paducah Ford three times to try to solve the issue, but it still leaks (see photo). I will never again buy Lincoln vehicles and I won't recommend them or Paducah Ford service department to anyone.

Fairly quick but they check your vehicle completely and offer options.

Has to be the worst car dealership within 100 miles. If you call sales you WONT get a return phone call....they could care less about questions but focus more on walk in monies.....heres what i did, i phoned to inquire about an advertized vehicle. I let a message for "any" available sales person. Well 48 hours went by, Nothing, so i decided to drive over there and see what the problem was. I was damn near jumped as i walked in by 3 sales guys who were all but pulling my wallet out of my pocket, so i asked why i didnt get a call back?, and the sales guy said "people just price shop when they call, and i can't make a sale over the phone, its policy here"..i was kind of pissed by now and didn't care for the overall attitude of this place...and the pricing wasnt good as it turned out. Well nice place to deal with right.....i had read reviews that this dealer was like that and i can confirm, they are...I won't ever buy a vehicle from them.....oh, the vehicle i was i interested in just sold too....

Call the parts department for oem part and I would have been better talking to my 1 year old. If you have a parts department I would hire a parts employee that knows parts.

Took my car in to the service department to have what I thought was a simple problem fixed. They gave me a $2100 estimate. I left and took it to a private mechanic who I didn't tell that I had already taken to the Ford dealership. He fixed the problem for $355. I will never go back to PF.

Because of the service received at this dealership, I traded in my 1 year old Mazda CX 9 for a Toyota Highlander. I was a loyal Mazda owner. I had owned 4 Mazda vehicles, a 1992 Protege, a 2002 Protege, a 2016 CX 5, and a 2017 CX 9.

Having standing issues with our truck. If you have a Ford maintenance agreement they like to change your recommended oil change from 5,ooo to 10,000. When my wife called. Service mgr. Does not tell the truth, in the times we have talked to him. So my wife calls and talks to Dan the owners son and I was sitting next to her in car. She said she was going to call Ford motor, Dan then came back and told her if your going to that then pick up your truck. My wife talked to owner and he was as bad and called her a liar. That's why service mgr is like that. It rolls down hill.

We took our Mazda 2005 RX-8 daily driver - in perfect shape - to Paducah Mazda for a factory recall, they kept it for months and didn't start it - lost compression, and now it won't start. And they won't do anything about it. And we bought a vehicle from them! I do not recommend them, and will never shop there again.
