Used to be a very reputable company, bought 10 vehicles from them over the years between myself and mother, went to get approval for an 11th vehicle. Explained to Mike that what I had as far as proof of income and residency was what I had and was told that it would work. After waiting a couple days, I called to check on the status and Mike was very rude, telling me he had already told me what I needed and to bring it in if I wanted to deal. After sending him the screenshot of his own message back to me explaining that my proof will work, he switched gears completely and starts berating me, telling me they don't finance anyway, he was just trying to get a customer. Take heed, and take your business elsewhere. Or at the very least, don't let Mike treat you like he did me.

Did not have a good experience. Found a vehicle I was interested in on their website and it took 4 days to locate it. When I was headed there the salesman informed me an employee had it and was I REALLY interested? When I finally got to drive and decided I did REALLY want it and partial financing for 60 months another nightmare. The salesman was not there and the financial person printed up the loan agreement and terms without consulting us. He did it for 72 months no competitive rates AND tried to convince us our payment options were two that included $95/mo or $105/mo EXTRA for warranties. It took a few tries before he would tell me our base rate without the extras. Also when we got home we found a crack in the windshield. I sent my complaints which were to be turned over to management BUT SURPRISINGLY NO RESPONSE!! I love the Bronco!

Wanted to buy a listed vehicle that was posted. After a few calls I explained financing was taken care of on my side. The rep told me he couldn't do the deal unless I financed through them... "Cash isn't king" is what he said.I asked a few question questions because I'm confused??The main question I wanted an answer to was is there a prepayment penalty?I was told no. They had multiple banks they deal with.Conversation proceeded and I made arrangements for the two hour journey.I did call before leaving home and asked did we have time to look at the vehicle, I was told yes.About half way down the interstate my phone rang, the rep asked me to pull over and fill out a credit application. I explained that wasn't going to happen, plus was unsafe.After arriving at the dealership, the rep came out and introduced himself. We looked at and drove the vehicle.Upon returning I asked about the prepayment penalty three more times before I was finally told that I would be locked into their financing for multiple months. I politely exited the dealership and headed home.Honestly and integrity gose a long way. I was honest with them, and wanted to do the deal. Unfortunately dishonesty cost them a sale on this one.

Service Department...Arron, our service advisor, and Jason, our tech, we're both wonderful. They got us in right away and took great care of us. We're traveling and had to get our batteries replaced. They were great to work with.

Totally unsatisfied with poor customer service. I purchased a Ford Edge from Paducah Ford on 6/26/23. By the end of August when my temp tag expired, I inquired with Illinois drivers facility about my new plates. Status pending due to dealer not providing certain required info. to Illinois Secretary of State. I paid vehicle off in full on 8/01/23. I drove 40 miles back to Paducah Ford first week of September to sign the required odometer disclosure that was needed. Still have no plates, title & registration due to dealer not providing required info. to IL Sec of State as of 9/21/23! I have owned this vehicle outright since 8/01/23 and I am still fighting to receive my license plates, registration and title of ownership! This was my third consecutive vehicle purchased from Paducah Ford and it will be my last!!!

Dylan Harris was a fantastic help in facilitating the purchase of my vehicle. He was very communicative and up front with any issues that needed to be resolved. The internet manager Dan Jackson was also a big help and was very respectful when discussing options on the car. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I took my truck to have brakes done (rotors and pads). Shortly after they completed my brakes I drove from Paducah to Georgia, my trip was about 6 hours. When I got there I noticed my right front tire covered in brake dust and so hot you couldn’t touch it. After pulling it apart myself one pad had worn at an angle worse than I’ve ever seen. After researching I found that the mechanic put the pads on wrong. The inner pads have two jumps on top and the out pads don’t he put both humped pads on the one side of my vehicle which causes the caliper to sit wrong and wear the pad on the outside. Absolutely ridiculous of someone that is trained to work on Ford trucks. I changed the pads on both fronts, rotor on the one side and the caliper on the side that got hot because I figured the excessive heat could have ruined it. I realize that I’ll never get my money back that I put back into my truck to fix it right but this is a warning to anyone looking for them to service your vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

For Service, their new phone system does not allow you contact them directly. They want you to leave a message and they will call you at their convenience instead of when you have time to make the call, which is a pain but i guess that would be ok, but instead of an answering machine they have a prompted auto caller that hung up on me twice after getting through 9 questions. Do not purchase a car from them if you have plan on having service from them.

My son bought a used Chevrolet Captiva six months ago. He put down every cent of his savings. Now being a 21 yo he decided not to get the warranty. The timing chain broke and we got a quote from Paducah ford to fix it for ten grand. What! He is a full-time student and a full-time employee. He is paying for college out of pocket. Paducah ford has offered zero help. Ky needs stronger lemon laws. Paducah ford can pound sand. Zero stars!

Keith provided a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. He wasn't a pushy salesman. Instead, he was ready to find a vehicle that met my needs in a timely manner. He was respectful and kind. My husband and I recently made 2 new additions to our family. We outgrew our previous car. I was looking for something that could comfortably fit all of us. I often travel for doctor appointments.
