I switched a certain medicine to go to Kroger because it was cheaper. Every time I go the staff are just kind of impersonal and sometimes snippy. It's been like that several times. I'm not a Karen and I don't get butt hurt, and I rarely leave a bad review but I hope they change the culture of that pharmacy to be more welcoming.

My husband and I paid to join their savings club, $72.00 per year and let me say you can save money by going elsewhere and using GoodRX. I also have Medicare Part D, which the staff rarely ever even compared it to the club price, which cost me money. Our biggest complaint was the staff including their pharmacist. They were unfriendly, we went there for 2 years and we can’t tell you the name of even one employee in the pharmacy. None of them even smiled, we dreaded going in to get our RX’s. I watched one female assistant talk down to an older couple, it was awful! I tried to talk to the pharmacist about how she acted to that older couple and all I got from him was, “Oh yeah, she’s like that”. That was it!! The pharmacy area looks dirty and very unorganized. There’s not one thing or person there we liked. We’re not doing business there anymore.

What a strange place! I've spent my share of time in Kroger locations but this one felt like taking a spin in the Twilight Zone. I'm not familiar with Paducah, KY but the average age of shopper appeared to be 114 years old. Living in FL, I know what a retirement community looks like and NEVER did I expect to see an older population. I reckon my opinion really doesn't matter because I'm just passing through but I would have assumed this place was in or adjacent to a retirement community.

I find the staff at all of the Kroger locations in Paducah to be poorly trained, disrespectful and rude. I do not understand why the management does not train their employees to be courteous and competent. It is appalling! When I spend hundreds of dollars on groceries, I expect a simple thank you and please come again at the very least. I expect all the items I purchase to be put in bags and not left on the counter. I expect to be charged the correct price for my items. I expect my items not to be damaged by poor bagging skills. I do not expect to have to tell a grocery cashier what celery is. I do not expect to have to bag my own groceries because there is no staff. I have an unpleasant experience every time I shop at these stores. I feel this is an egregious lack of competency on the part of the store management. And given the current price of groceries, this is not acceptable.

Terrible customer service and completely rude at the pharmacy. The tech named Amy interrupts constantly when I tried to speak, was condescending and plain snotty. On a 1-5 star scale….. -100 Done with Kroger.

Needed to be restocked because out of a lot of things I came for and could have used more than one checker open. Self checkout doesn’t help with bigger orders

I love this Kroger. However, what happened to JO ANN???? She was by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable cashier there!!!

once again Kroger management at its finest. 7:00pm on Sunday. only registers open are self checkout. zero buggies in the building. no baggers to get them out of parking lot. lines stretching into the candy aisle. 1 person handling everyone. several people with full buggies having to self checkout. this Kroger has got the worst management team in Paducah. terrible the way they treat the employees and leave them severely short handed everyday. only thing they care about is online orders and their new precious gas station. they paved the gas station parking lot but the rest of the parking lot is the worst in the city. pathetic.

The customers where lined up into the isles to use the self checkout, and where 6 deep to get to the only 2 cashiers. When I asked why they didn't call any cashiers to the register I was told there weren't any. They have at least 6 employees picking orders for online purchases. Is this the best kroger can do? One would think a couple of the rude (they will run into you because they are nearly running) employees picking orders would take a register at times . Im done with park Ave kroger.
