Had a great experience. From Misty in sales, to Andrea in Customer Service. There was an issue and they worked hard to fix it and make it right. Stuff happens out of control sometimes and it speaks to a company’s character when they go above and beyond to make it right. We are very happy with our furniture. 5 STARS!

We were in the store Saturday evening and purchased a sofa and love seat. Total of 4100.00. A sold sign was put on them right in front of us. We were waiting for the call to set up delivery. Got a call today to tell us that another sales clerk sold the set and they could order us another set but would take 10 weeks to get it. They claimed there was not a sold tag on the set even though we watched our sales clerk put one on it. At least they gave our money back.

Archie and Nick did an amazing job at delivering and putting together our furniture. They had 5 different bedroom suits, living room furniture and more to carry up several stairs. They were very polite and worked hard and efficiently. I thank them for their hard work. It wasn't an easy job!

Nice clean Store and friendly sales team. Nice furniture.The only drawback is their lack of communication after the SaleFurniture seems to be over priced. I would definitely advise anyone to shop around before purchasing.

Reached out to the service department regarding a cabinet that I purchased that was defective. Andrea was extremely helpful and took care of my issue. Today I received a replacement cabinet that met my expectations. Very good experience with a responsive service team. Thank you!

Wow is all I can say! Doug sold us a wonderful mattress and base. Then gave us a mattress protector and set of sheets! We purchased our set one day and was sleeping on it the very next day! The customer service and warranty are the VERY best! I can’t wait to visit Higdon Furniture store and Doug for all my future furniture needs.

That was the quickest and most painless furniture shopping experience we've had. Ryan was being trained on the job and was great at helping us find what we wanted. Everything arrived earlier than expected and Archie and Nick did amazing getting the furniture through our tight maze of a house!

Archie and Nick just delivered our beautiful new living room set. Those guys knew exactly what they were doing as soon as they walked into our home!! We stood back, and they did their job, and did it professionally. I would highly recommend Higdon Furniture, and I will ask for Archie and Nick to be our delivery guys! Great job guys!

We recently purchased living room furniture and Jennifer was wonderful to work with! She deserves a 5 star review! However, the delivery service left a lot to be desired. VERY disappointed in the delivery service. I would only rate the delivery service as a 2 star. But, since Jennifer was so great, and I had to leave an overall rating, I’m leaving a 4 star for everything. Love the furniture we purchased and Jennifer!

We have ordered almost everything for our house from Higdon Furniture and we have always had a great experience. Our salesman was Doug and he was very knowledgeable and also very helpful. We came in there not really sure what we wanted and he sat down with us for an hour on 2 different occasions and help us put together the perfect package. Would highly recommend Doug and Higdon Furniture any day!
