This bank is a joke. The bank near me is closed the only thing they have open is the ATM. And almost everytime the ATM does not accept money, it's ridiculous and nobody wants to fix it. Also when I file disputes they are supposed to help you but not with PNC Bank they don't care about their customers at all. Another thing that PNC did when I sighned up for one of their credit cards it was supposed to be 6 months no interest that wasn't so. I found out the hard way after using it in Las Vegas when me and my husband went shopping then came home to find out that the APR was over 25% or higher and I just got it paid totally off. Workers should not lie and mislead them at all like that. All I am saying I would never recommend this bank to no one or refer them to PNC at all. I have issues and trouble withem ever since I have been a customer with them starting in 2020. And I taking my business elsewhere where I am appreciated as a customer. They always apologize but never do anything about the issues.

Never a bad experience here. They processed our money from the sale of our home quickly and easily. Had it in the bank by sundown. Applying for personal loans is easy. Getting checks is easy. Drawing money out is easy. Easy peasy, lemon sqeezy!

I see why you're rating is so low... if a computer wond read a card they refuse to do anything manually. Even lie and say they did... will never be recommending you. Thanks for the dishonest experience though... taught me a lot

Y'all are frauds. I had a friend try to send me 1600 to help me get a new washer and dryer and fridge yet, I guess y'all have broke friends that you act like it's unheard of. Then your assistant general manager what to be nosey act like it's her business where the money came from which is none of your business. And I was told that because of this my account will have been closed last week only to get two low bank account notifications back to back not even a second apart the first one saying my account was at $0 the second one saying -$12. And you call yourselves a relationship bank your fraudulent. And I highly recommend no one does business with you.

The door greeter is super nice but be prepared to be in drive-thru for a very longtime but if you go inside the one and only employee working there gets you in between the cars that have been waiting forever all the while the door greeter sits there and doesn't help out in high traffic times?? Why do we need A door greeter in about a 1000 square foot building? It's not like it's a 2 -3 story bank?

It appears to me that there is one, yes one person working the drive-thru and the inside. I just DON'T understand this. I do understand not having enough people to work both. I don't understand keeping both open when you don't. Close one of them down. I sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and counting when I wrote this to make a deposit for my work....not me or I would have left.

False advertising? I saw in the PNC website that a high interest savings account at a rate of 2.25% was available. I called the bank to ask about the deal. The lady said that she had to check on it. She asked where I was from. She told me that the offer was for people outside their service area. I said that I was from Indiana. She said that a person would have to be like from California which is outside the service area to get the 2.25% rate. What a deception with advertising . I will never have anything to do with this shady organization.

My money is in there that should say enough. No extra fees or hidden agendas here. If they can give you a better deal, they call and tell you about it. Never had that with ONB, Citizens, Civitas, Bank 1.
