I always know that my car is in good hands when I leave it for repair/maintenance with My Mechanic. The work is top notch and the staff is awesome. They call to discuss what needs to be done and always listen when I tell them that there is a problem. So thankful to have found honest dependable service. They never disappoint.

Wanted to keep my Cadillac converter , told me they cant give it to me. Lie!!! Said they get charged a Core charge! False no charge on converters….. beware!!! Its your Parts …. Converters are worth money!!!!!!

Jason and his team are very thorough in the work that they do. I am very grateful that they are also willing to tell you the truth when they really believe something is not needed for your vehicle as they don’t want to charge you more money for something that’s not necessary at that time. My parents and my husband and I have been coming to them for our car repairs for years and they have always done a very good job.

First time here- loved the app they use to keep me updated on progress. Took newly purchased used car in for "well child checkup". Received a detailed report with photos of noted items. Great discussion about what issues were critical, what cpuld wait, and which ones needed outsourced, I've already made appt for 2nd car to get some work done.

The workmanship was fine. I was disappointed in the office staff. I’d been a customer of Harley’s Automotive for more than 30 years and never felt ignored like I have my only two experiences recently. A successful business like this is based on building relationships and this group doesn’t seem to have that ability.
