Always have completed our repairs on time and at a fair price. Their mechanics know what they are doing and do their job well. Never had a problem with any of my repairs.

Did a damn good job as always. Wasn't overcharged for a bunch of stuff that wasn't necessary to fix like other mechanics do. I never regret taking my trucks into Fast Lane to be fixed. RECOMMENDED

All the employees are friendly and respectful. Before they do anything to your car they will call you, explain what it is and give you a price for it. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Very very happy with Fastline. They get the job done and are very good at what they do. They will work on something until they get it right or find the problem and Jimmie at the front desk is the best.

My coolant cap warped and gotten stuck on the reservoir. I called on Thursday to see if they are able to remove it. They said I can bring it in on Friday morning at 7 am and that they would look at. So I got there at 6 am and waited. I did this so the car can cool down and it'll be easier to work on.Reggie didn't let them know I was going to be in and that they didn't work on my vehicle until much later the day. I gotten car back and they removed the cap.My main issue is that no one talked about a 110$ diagnostic on tires, not over the phone or in person and then to push the work off for so long is just ridiculous. I could have just done this at another shop and not spend 150ish dollars.This place have zero communication and they will try to push a sale on to you when you just come there for one tiny thing.

Goldie is fixed!!! But let me tell how it happened! So Monday March 4, I went to several places cause my car was acting funny. No place had time. They all wanted to schedule me for like two plus weeks out. So I called this place, I was a WRECK at this point. I’m crying and boo-hooing. Only thing I know about cars is how to drive, I’m six hours from anywhere I know (recently moved to Owensboro) and I’m a mess at this point. I call this fast lane they said bring it in. So I do. They drove it, hooked it up, and determined the same day it was the transmission. They gave me a ride to where I needed to go, they looked for me a transmission, and by Friday, my car is fixed!!!!! Not only that, but they drive it to be sure, then drive it to me to be dropped off!! The entire staff was so sweet and helpful, they answered our questions, kept me updated, and was amazing the entire time my car was at their shop. 10/10 highly recommend!! Especially for you girlies that don’t know anything about vehicles and don’t want to be screwed over, this is the place.

My brakes went out on our only wheelchair accessible van. Fast Lane Plus went out of their way to move it things around to get me back on he road the next day. Thank you Fast Lane!!!!
