Day of 8/31/2023Time 20:56pm1051 N. Main St.Nicholasville KyWe always come to this store because we always found good items. That's isn't over price. Always had good experience expect tonight. The store was completely messy things was not neat, out of its own spot and shelves were completely full. Can't even go through items without breaking an item. We had bought 24 items tonight. One I was charge for a shirt price for a bra other was pair of pants for a full price it was half off. We got the situation fixed. When we got home. I had gut feeling the price isn't right on our receipt. We got the house went through our items counted and we realized that we were also charged 1.99 ×'s 2 for items that weren't in the bag. First experience we charged near 5.oo. Now this. So we were charged near 10.oo tonight. We will be back tomorrow morning to get my money back. Please check your receipts all the time. I will from now on.

The store smelled great! They are very well stocked and nicely organized. The changing rooms are comfortable and have a bench and a handrail to hang garments on (at least in the bigger one of the 2). The music was enjoyable! The employees very friendly and kind. Great store!

This was my favorite goodwill until my last visit. Prices are way up at this location and instead of lowering prices so customers will buy they bring out a huge trash can and started throwing tons of glassware and other items in there loudly breaking it all in front of tons of customers. We couldn’t even get into the aisles to shop because they were clearing the shelves and just breaking it all. How about lowering your prices and selling your items instead of throwing it in the garbage.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I bought 2 recliners that were very nice, at a good price, one for me and one for my husband it was a great find! We were told we had 2 days to come get them I sent the hubby & his brother back the next day (after borrowing a truck) which is today, and guess what? THEY SOLD ONE OF OUR RECLINERS TO SOMEONE ELSE! Now we don't have matching recliners and they don't care, they just simply acted like it wasn't a big deal and gave us our money back on the one. I am so very upset with them and you can't find a corporate number anywhere online, not that it would matter bc obviously they don't care about their customers, the woman who told us she was putting them in the back was rude when we bought them. I wish I would've went to pick them up bc I wouldn't have been so nice. So a word of advice don't buy anything you cant take with you when you leave this place, cause it won't be there when u get back.

The manager is hateful and she has no customer service ability . The store smells of mold and the employees look like they hate there job . Personally seen manager degrade and employee felt so bad for them
