I want to say thank you to everyone at David's Towing for all of their help with my truck. I was involved in an accident when someone ran a red light and totaled my truck. The cops called David's to come get both vehicles and they got to us really fast, despite the traffic jam we had created. My roommate and I followed them to their lot to get the rest of my stuff. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. They saw that I had a lot of things to grab so they offered to help. I was an emotional wreck and they were so patient with me. I called them a couple days later because I had remembered that I forgot to grab my CD's in the CD player and they offered to go grab them so I could pick them up later that day. I couldn't imagine working for a company where you know people are coming in upset or frustrated all the time. No complaints from me!! They even get bonus points for letting me pet the yard dog, Bandit!!

Towed our car from an accident after I refused a tow because I had a hauler coming and then I called this morning and they want 250 to get it out when it wasn’t supposed to be towed at all

Wouldn’t trust this place. They leave the cars on the street with the doors unlocked and keys inside. Anyone can drive off with your car or take whatever’s inside. Protected only by a camera that I don’t think is monitored. Towed my car and when I came to get it the next day it was on the street with the doors unlocked and the keys on the dashboard. I took my key and cleaned out the car and no one said a word to me. Spent about 45 minutes going in out of my car and not a single person stopped to ask if the car belonged to me. After gathering everything I needed from the vehicle I went in to ask how much it’d be to get it back. Was told they didn’t know because it hadn’t been processed and wasn’t in the system yet. So it was on the street, keys inside, and not in the system. Lady at the front desk proudly told me she leaves her car doors unlocked too. Wasn’t until after I went in for assistance that someone was sent to aggressively demand that I not go into my vehicle and informed me that it was illegal to do so. I had already gotten everything I needed out! I do apologize for losing my temper with that guy. Hope he sees this. Didn’t see him after I’d calmed down and had gotten the car back. I didn’t know that what I was doing was wrong. There’s no signs posted saying don’t go into your car if it’s parked on the public access road with the keys inside. Honestly didn’t know that I couldn’t go into the car. Got my car back same day after losing my temper they were suddenly able to process the vehicle and give me a price. Long story short, your vehicle or all of your belongings might be taken but they’ll be able to give you a nice picture of who done it… maybe.

My ride was impounded and I was taken to jail, I had to go to rehab af6that. When I got out I finally had a chance to talk with them, they told me that anything on there lot past 60 days was there's now. So I can't get my personal positions or anything.

is there a better word than horrible? these people are liars, thieves and beyond rediculous to deal with! my son tried 3 times to get his belongings out of his fathers car that he wrecked. they gave him the run around and lied about their hours, said he could bring a photo id and a note from his dad saying he could get the items so the last straw was when his dad took off work on the 4th attempt they let him in and now lots of items missing!!!!! beware dont let them tow your vehicle if you wreck. they even steal pocket change.

Very shady group of folks that don’t know how to run a business properly. An hour after getting my mercedes e63 towed I called and spoke to marshall he told me my tow would be $125 if I get it out same day and $35 storage added if I pick it up next day. I show up same day and caught the tow truck driver and asked him regarding the price he told me it would be $145 plus $35 when picked up tomorrow. I show up next morning to pick up my car and the lady at the desk tells me now the price is $110 plus 2 days of storage. The car has only been on the lot for 18 hours. I paid it just so I could be on my way. They bring my car out with my front bumper cracked and tell me it was like that when it was picked up. I take care of this car and know there wasn’t any damage on it whatsoever. To add to all that the guy then walks out and has the audacity to tell me a false story of me running from the law why my car got towed by police, and next time not break to the law. Stay away at all costs from this business they are heartless people just like the previous rating has mentioned. If your car gets towed here you will get scammed and your vehicle will have damages.

Scammers! They towed our car from the street while we were out of town stating the city had called it in to be towed for expired registration. The car was parked in front of our house, and was definitely there on the 14th when we left town. Yet somehow they said they had picked up the car on the 8th, which was a lie, and were charging us $525 just to get our car back ($35/day) when we went to pick it up on 5/21. The title had not been transferred yet, and despite the new owner information being filled out, they would not release the car to us since it wasn't officially in our name. 2 days later, 5/24, we went with the old owner to pick up the car, and now the pickup fee is somehow $800 despite them stating it was a $35 fee per day. How the heck did they come up with $275 more for our car staying in that lot an extra two days, supposedly at $35/day. It should have been max $595, even though that price alone was technically incorrect since we know for a fact they didn't pick up that car until the 14th. This place is run by scammers and Jessamine County should be ashamed to associate them and continue to use them for government matters.

After Geting pulled over they Towed r car here! and My friends Purse was Stolen we r pritty Shure she left it there . her 200$ Samsung Earbuds Was in there And They took it all that was in her purse . smh .. shame

they towed my car last night from the wreck I called t today it's costing 240 dollars just plus 35 dollars for it having to stay tonight to me that's a joke when the wreck wasnt even 5 miles from there shop I will never do business with him or refer anybody to him even if he's the closest one
