I don’t live there no more. But back in the day was ALOT better. But dang, the pool ain’t always open…. Where does the money go?!!! Lol. Roads no comment. Grass isn’t always nicely cut. The water has black s* in it. Bushes around peach street where u can’t see that great to pull out to the fabulous gate. We got allll kinds of people that ain’t a member that wants to start s* with you cuz u won’t let them piggy back ride on ur card to get in or let them in. I already broke my mirror off because of that. What is the point of the gate?! Some people dread to pay dues because of this s*. But the property is cheap/ there’s that.

Owned a house with 5 lots there for 25 years. Made lots of friends. Loved the no-wake lake. We spent almost every weekend there for most of the 25 years.
