Congratulations on being the most INEPT company I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with.You continue to FAIL to send me everything that is needed to replace my headgear.You are billing me when I have begged and pleaded with you to verify my insurance information.You RUDELY insist it’s accurate, it is NOT. Your records show an 80/20 split…I have repeatedly told you that I have met my OUT OF POCKET MAXIMUM…and I have asked you to verify. You WON’T….you are DISHONEST and rude, you’re discourteous and dismissive, you are hear-by FIRED for not sending me complete orders, for being dismissive and for being DISHONEST.Terrible company with NO customer service. I will NEVER do business with you again.Do not leave a response asking me to contact you!! I will NOT…why don’t you ACTUALLY put some effort in yourself!!!…oh, right…you have POOR service.

I called to reorder supplies. I spoke with Wayne M. It was the best experience I’ve had when calling any company. He explained things very well, he provided information about insurance rules and most importantly he assisted me with looking up information on a new mask I was considering. He was patient with me and very helpful. I wish more customer service people were like him. Thanks Wayne!!

I was having troubles with my resupply order forms that my doctor needed to submit so that I can continue getting supplies thanks to a blessed angel named Natasha H I was able to get my dilemmas sorted out and hopefully I will get supplies for Christmas lol
Overall I really do love the service that I receive nothing but praise I appreciate all the customer support agents that work tirelessly for us customers especially during the holiday seasons I know it can be pretty hectic but I am definitely happy to have people like you in my life. I want to extend a happy holidays to all of you from my family to yours

I was helped today to make an order for supplies for my APAP. Bailey was efficient and completed the order using the CHAT feature. I would like to think I felt her smiling as we worked through my questions and then the order. She was speedy and I enjoyed using the chat. The phone lines were backed up so I save a good amount of time using the Chat feature to re-order supplies.
