I brought my car to the dealership to get worked on. They told me “I’ll have it done by tomorrow”, I’ve called 5 times and left a email telling Nancy to get back with me. I was out of town so I asked my mother to go up there and they told her that it won’t be ready till Monday but never updated me on anything going on after the day I brought it in. Today is Monday and I’ve called 7 times and left 4 voicemails I think to Nate and Nancy, still no answer on my car or nothing. I’d love to speak with the person that commented below but he doesn’t know how to answer either. Anyone that plans on leaving their car with them to be updated on information regarding their vehicle needs to know they won’t answer their phones nor get back to their voicemails. Ive missed work and tried calling and still no answer. On top of everything they’re closed after telling my mother they would be open Monday and I’d be able to get my car and get a hold of them. I had to get a hold of a sales representative to speak to literally anyone there meanwhile the manager is no where to be found.

Penalized for wanting to pay cash. Get everything in writing. Wouldnt fill the tank w gas despite being told so by sales manager. Seems to be the sterotypical used car lot.
