We went to buy supplies because we were helping friends renovate their business that will be opening soon. We were able to find everything we needed and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service! Great experience and we'll definitely be back!

Went to Maysville Lowes to pick up item I purchased online that was not eligible for shipping or available locally. This was about an hour drive for me. Once at the store I was informed I could not pick up my order due to the computer system being offline. The issue was not the fault of the local store. I asked to speak with the manager to see if there were other options. The manager was polite, knowledgeable, open-minded and she was able to help me.
