My experience with Hospice of Hope was five star. I found myself in desperate need for their services before a planned consult due to the rapid decline of my father. It was on the weekend, before Mother's Day, when I called. They were very empathetic and took me into their care. Minutes later, Hospice RN, April called and said she was on her way and would take charge and coordinate with the facility in the care of my father. She stayed in touch with me and arranged for a chaplain. April and the chaplain were so reassuring. The work of all those involved with the Hospice of Hope, it's truly a 'calling', a 'medical ministry' for the patient and their loved ones. My family appreciates their kindness and dedication. It's wonderful to know there are good people in the world.

Amazing isn't enough words to describe this place. The grounds are beautiful, and the Staff is top-notch. No complaints here. Ask for meds for a loved one and they immediately get on it.

Help with navigating care for an Alzheimer's patient is extremely difficult. I contacted Hospice of Hope and they sent someone to evaluate my husband to ensure he was eligible for hospice care. With the assistance of the staff at Hospice of Hope, he was able to stay at home comfortably until his passing. The entire staff, Casey his nurse, Becca one of the aides and all the others were a joy to have in our home and my husband loved them. They are an amazing group of people to entrust your loved ones care with

I agreed to put my dad on hospice toward the end of March 2022.I didn’t know what to expect and I was scared.Everyone was so kind and respectful and treated my dad as if he was their own family. They explained everything and always asked if I needed anything. As dad got worse they was with our family as much as possible. They helped to keep dad comfortable, and clean as well as anything else he may have needed. They also prayed for dad and our family.Everyone was always honest. They told you what they could see compared to other patients. They prepared us the best they could on things to watch for as dad got ready for heaven. We could call them at anytime with questions and/or concerns. When dad left for heaven. They came and helped as much as they could.Thank you Hospice of Hope for everything you did for my dad. I could’ve never asked for better care. Also they loved that the baby was a part of dad’s journey never once telling us he shouldn’t be there. They were best friends. (Great great papaw)I was blessed with the best dad, and as he was getting ready to go to heaven he was blessed with the best care.Thank you again.

I couldn't have asked for better care for my loved one at the end of life. The referral process was smooth to admission helping comfort my family in a difficult time. Our loved one was able to remain home until he needed a higher level of care in to which he went to The Care Center at Kenton Pointe where he received high quality end of life care. Thank you Hospice of Hope for caring for our loved ones in the community. Highly recommend

Awesome group of wonderful folks who helped our family- and continue to do so. They tend to the family as much as the patient. Forever grateful.
