He was very kind, honest and transparent regarding what was wrong with the car and did not overcharge even though we probably would have paid in a desperate situation. I was broke down on the highway with a flat on my trailer while hauling a tractor, and only halfway through my 4 hr trip. I was having trouble jacking up the trailer with the standard bottle jack that comes with the truck I was driving. Then one of your drivers stopped to see me, thinking I had called him. Turned out to be another truck down the road. However, he left me a heavy duty bottle jack to help me raise the trailer so I could change the tire, and told me to leave the jack there and he'd pick it up later. And then left. Turned out I needed both jacks in fact, one for the trailer and for the trailer axle, to get the tire on. I am very grateful for him stopping by, he saved my day. I did not catch his name, but he said he served in the Air Force for 12 years, and to not leave a man behind. If I'm ever in the area again and need car service, I will 100% stop by you guys.Service: Tire change
