Loved the guy playing the piano. I sat down for a while and he even played somewhere over the rainbow for me. It's amazing how people just walked on by and paid no attention or focused in their phones and didn't even hear the music. It was an enjoyable plus to have a personal concert. Thank you to the man and to Von Maur for adding the piano in the store.

It is the worst store I have ever seen to treat employees, I know that the customer is always right, but it is not fair for being young to have to put up with the rudeness of older people who grew up without any education and believe that because Those who have money can treat others badly and even be fired for just telling the rude person not to talk to them that way. The bosses don't have an ounce of tolerance either, they prefer to fire the worker without the right to a valid explanation, of course. They don't have it, they fire them unfairly, I don't recommend anyone who is out of work look here.

The first thing is that the prices of perfumes are crazy, in the same Mall you can find the same ones for a better price. It is a very clean store, but... The annoying thing is that the perfumes do not have the price and you have to ask, the lady we asked for her attention seemed uncomfortable every time we consulted. If it is so difficult for you to serve customers, set the blessed prices of the products and hire people with a better disposition. We feel like in the movie Pretty Woman where they believe that one cannot afford a damn perfume or piece of clothing. In the end we bought our DIOR & CHANEL perfumes in another store where we were VERY WELL SERVICED and at a better price. Von Maur is more facade than professionalism. Detestable

My husband, Chuck, and I visited Von Maur at Oxmoor Center in Louisville, KY on Valentine’s Day 2024 and were assisted by Slavica in the women’s shoe department. Slavica has such a courteous, sweet disposition and she has so much product knowledge about the shoes and accessories in her department that she knew how to meet my needs. I chose two pairs of L’Artiste Spring Step shoes and she assisted me in finding some inserts for my left shoes so they would fit more snugly. The store has tasteful displays and a wide selection of brands to choose from. Five-Star Service and products

It's a beautiful store clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have enjoyed the selection and the value for the past two seasons that I have visited the store at the Village of Rochester Hills.
