This is a very upscale store that carries any wine/liquor you can think of. Also an excellent assortment of accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me with an excellent purchase. Definitely recommend this store!

I shop here often and it honestly hurt my feelings today when I purchased my bottle of tequila, I was followed through out the entire store like a common thief!!!! It’s very uncomfortable to shop around when someone is down you neck at every isle. Please do some diversity training or something because not every minority steals and not every caucasian person is trustworthy!!!

Love visiting the Total Wine store. I always come in for something and leave with more than is on my list. They are always sampling different wines and liquors. The employees are always pretty knowledgeable and friendly. I always enjoy my visits.

Asked one of the employees, a shorter curly white-haired lady, if they had a specific type of bourbon I like while she was doing tastings. She said shortly "no" and continued serving. I proceeded to ask what were offered for tastings, she then said "they're just some things I can serve" while pouring a glass for another customer and not making any eye contact with me. Felt very disrespected, hope customer service improves.
