I stopped in there today 6/24/24 about 11ish, there was a man trying to get gas but spoke no English. It became quite clear the young lady working the counter didn't want to help so a few of us waiting in line decided to help him. After he left the store she said and I quote "They are in America and should learn English, i dont go to Afica expecting them in know what im saying." As someone who in-laws immigrated here and speak little English I found it very disrespectful. She really needs to be reprimanded. I'll go there again but if I see her working the counter I'll just take my money elsewhere.

The remodeled thornton's is an improvement over the old one. Cleaner, spaced out better, and better optioned. The staff is friendly and professional and that makes for a pleasant experience. A lot of hot food options from links to soup and variety of sandwiches. There are healthy choices as well. I will come back more often. A lot of these are being built in my area including competitors. They will force them to stay on top of their game.

What a disgusting place to stop and put gas. People hanging out at the pumps and near entrance door. The inside needs some cleaning and need professional clerks. Very sad that this location is not the great but we could make it.

The store is closed from 130 from I don't when, I can take break at 130am it's closed I can go at 230 it's still closed with no timeframe when it will be open the only time it was open at night is when the other worked there the girl working there now is rude and closes the store all night

I would have given them zero stars if I could! I went there after work and got a blue slushie, I didn't drink all of it so I poured the rest out into the sink and there was a maggot in it! And something else that I cannot figure out what it is! Don't get any drinks from there. I am calling corporate tomorrow morning because this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting!

The customer service at this location is horrible and unprofessional.There was no wait in line to check out except for waiting for the store clerk to put his phone down.I purchased cigarettes and I advised the clerk the brand,color of package,qty.The clerk selected the incorrect brand twice.He asked what brand did I say? He clearly wasn't paying a bit of attention.After my purchase,I said thanks.He gave no response and went back to looking at his phone.

Since management change the service is awful. Waited 12 mins in line today. 1 person at registers. 2 other workers walked out saw the 15 people in line and just went back to the office. This is the 5th time I've seen this happen. Our company has an account with this location or I would never return.
