I'm a handyman. this is one of my go to companies. Always friendly. Always knowledge. And always quality. Other glass companies don't seem to deal with small orders like mine. I get the same service as they give anyone else in town big or small.

Trying to call them to arrange for an estimate on replacing patio door and a couple of windows with laminated glass and they do not answer their phones. The line is constantly busy and we are from out of state so it is very frustrating trying to even see if they can do what is needed.

Big Shout Out to South End Glass- The Best!10 Years ago we had all our windows replaced. We were so disappointed that two large windows suffered a leak. The bottom half of the windows were thick with fog and impossible to see out. These windows have the grids in between the glass. The original installers were gone and window company quotes were just not dooable for us. And, if we were able to get it done the windows would be slightly different. Someone suggested South End Glass. I don't think we've ever been so pleased!! Becca at the office was wonderful; the gentleman who came out and installers were great. The turn around time and timing before Christmas greatly appreciated. The process was seamless and flawless. Just like our "Feel like new," windows!! When it gets warmer - we'll open up the windows and give a real shout out to South End Glass!!

I was so stressed out after someone shot my front window and cracked it. Deron came out to address my problem. He was very professional and just an extremely nice fellow. The price to replace was reasonable. He finished up today. He did excellent work and even cleaned up after himself. Southend Glass is lucky to have such a valued employee. You won’t regret making the call to Southend glass. They know what they are doing and do it well at a fair price. Ask for Deron cuz he was terrific. Very pleasant personality and very professional. Love love love this place. This is the only glass company in 100miles that can get what u need fixed or replaced n ready for u to pick up n less then two days. Everywhere else said five weeks at the earliest.

Called about getting my shower door installed and installing full length mirrors on my bedroom walls. The service was prompted and very professional. Thanks to Joe I can now take my freezing cold showers and dance around wondering how I ended up here. The full length mirrors are perfect. I can now see my second belly button. It is a constant reminder to never take a 30 day challenge. I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about these folks. We had them install sliding glass shower doors. Very professional and courteous. When a problem occurred several weeks later, there was not a minute’s hesitation from them. They looked at the problem, took care of it; no questions, no hassle. The quality of their product and service is top notch. Highly recommend them.
