Our home is one of those in the business' featured pictures. We purchased it as brand new homebuyers. It was a flip and unfortunately due to our naïveté, we missed the signs that MANY shortcuts had been taken. Old, scratched and chipped hardware in the bathrooms and kitchen, poorly-painted rooms, glass and nails strewn all over the yard, and a door that doesn't fit the frame. Worst still, after less than a week in our new home we noticed a rapidly-growing stain on the ceiling of our kitchen that had not been there before. Roofer told us that we had a serious roof leak. It was obvious that the crew who flipped this home knew this was a problem and chose to paint over it. We contacted the realtor who oversaw the flip via our realtor to fix it. He refused, despite being QUITE accommodating prior to our signing the papers. I cannot speak to the quality of the work done by the entire company here, but I would strongly caution anyone from buying a home flipped by them, given our experience.

I can't say enough about these guys ! Larry and the entire team are by far the BEST ! I've bought and sold multiple times they them and everytime they get me more than the asking price !! And find me exactly what I'm looking for while being patient with my picky wife lol !! If you need to buy or sell , this is the place to do business with !!!

Realty Advanced is by far the best real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. Larry sold our house for $15k over asking price in 2 days and immediately notified us when any new houses hit the market in our area until found one to purchase. We live in a hot area and you’ve gotta be fast. The house we purchased was only on the market for 4 hours when we made our offer at 8pm. I’ve never met any other realtor that would wrap up a dinner date early to show us a house.

Patrick Blanton is great! He was so patient with us as he helped us find our new home. Selling our "old home" of 36 years was stressful and Pat's support helped get us through it. He took a personal interest in the entire process. We would recommend him highly!!
