DO NOT go with AllState! They are a nightmare to work with and your premiums will increase constantly for no reason. This office was zero help I would suggest researching thoroughly before going with this company for any insurance needs. 100% do not recommend

Ms. Michelle was awesome when I first joined but as the company grew, the customer service was not as good. She signed me up, but I was not allowed to talk to her in last 5 years. Was with them 8 yrs never a wreck. My car was hit by a driver taking responsibility but their company was slow to respond. I reached out to my company and the Allstate Adjuster was rude, condescending, and not a big help. Add that combined with the customer service, I left Allstate

Question: Why would I use an agent... answer should be to get personal service. Don't expect it here. Not sure if it is the agency or just Allstate. 2 examples:1. Without getting a phone call, text or email from this agency, I get a letter stating that they were raising my rates for someone living at my home. For this reason I cancelled my policies.2. They have continued to bill me and sent me to a collection agency. I NEVER got a paper bill, email, text or call.

Started a month out from the day I first made a payment so basically paid for a month I wouldn't get. Shown my premium to be one price which stayed the same for 3 months to have it Double for no explainable reason. No Tickets no claims no accidents NO IDEA WHY MY MONTHLY BILL SHOULD BE ANYWHERE NEAR $250 A MONTH at 36 years old and driving for 20 years. No explanation past Local tax's. Odd that State Minimum is 120 and local tax is 105% of that.

The agents at Michelle Johnson's Office have been so helpful from day one of my policy, they have worked with me on numerous occasions in regards to making changes to my policy and other issues I've had. I strongly recommend her agency. The customer service is excellent.

I really did like them and thought they would be there for me if something were to go wrong. I guess I was naive in thinking that. I moved into a new home with my family and to our surprise we found out that there was a patch job done down there that had a leak in it. So we tried calling them about the issue and make a claim and to go after another insurance company who was at fault. But we couldn't even get that far. They said that it was a flood and our policy didnt cover that. The only problem is is that our home does not sit on a floor plane. We are literally ontop of a hill. Not only that but we were never given the option to have said flood insurance. So thankfully we pay all that money per month for us to get told that we cannot be helped.

I was so iffy about giving out my information over the phone, but once I actually talked to the girls in the office, they made me feel comfortable about doing so after explaining it. They really do keep your information confidential. Also, I saved money after receiving the comparison quote. Thank you so much!
