Very helpful staff. They all are friendly. I changed my mind a few times today as a project progressed, the staff accommodated me quickly and easily without fuss. The sales rep even helped me load my purchase init the trailer. Great place with excellent prices, I saved over 100 dollars per item I purchased. Cannot recommend then enough.

The worst, showroom is nice and staff seem helpful enough, but the support staff is lazy and very unprofessional. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since we were in the store and then canceled the order 2 days later April 15th, tomorrow is May 4th and still no refund of over $1000. Very Very Pissed at this point at there follow up and response to this matter. If this how they treat customers I would hate to see what would happen in a warranty issue. No Thanks - I strongly advise shopping somewhere else
