Todd Render was the realtor for my mother's estate. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We had been trying to sell the house ourselves. When Todd got involved we had a contract within a week. Excellent communication all along the way. I recommend Todd Render.

This was my first apartment experience at the Keegan Place complex and honestly it was the worst and doesn’t give me high hopes for the future. Any issues don’t get resolved even if there are multiple complaints and forms of proof. Every single person missy, Lori, ami and whatever the guys name is are rude and won’t bother to help nor call you back if you had a concern. Mind you this is my first apartment and when I was trying to re-lease they wouldn’t let me over something minimal (also when they sent out the re-lease prices one of the neighboring units that they mistakenly put on my door had a cheaper price than what I was sent for a re-lease amount) and when I had questions about what to do and how to go about it missy was huffing n puffing because I was unaware and didn’t want to answer my questions which I thought was their job. The parking situation will never be fixed because there’s a bunch of Hispanic families that have 6-12 people in their unit and have 3+ cars even though it’s stated clearly in their lease that it’s not allowed. If I were you I’d skip out on these people as a landlord because they don’t care about you just want to take your money and be disrespectful.

I want to thank Todd Render for his excellent service to us. He was passionate, professional , prompt and always just a phone call or text away if we had questions or needed anything. Most importantly he was patient. We looked for house almost 2 years. He showed us several homes . He was always there with a smile to greet us at showings. We couldn’t have ask for a better realtor and experience in home buying. Top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend this guy if you are in the market to purchase a home. I can on for days about the service he and J.P. Pirtle realty provided us .

Horrible experience. Not professional at all. Man tries to outsmart you. The second things are not in his favor he will make things hard for you. If you sign with him or his company make sure you already have a lawyer!!

Todd Render was our realtor. He did a fantastic job! He had professional pictures taken. He listed it and was sold in no time. He even suggested to the buyer to rent it back to me while my new house was being completed. I highly recommend Todd Render!

I tried to sell my home with JP Pirtle and all I got was put off by a staff member. First time they canceled on me with a 24 hour notice to visit my home! The second time they canceled was only a 30 minute notice before the time they had scheduled!This took two weeks and still zero communication from Pirtle Co.Terrible to treat people this way!

HORRIBLE!!!!The company does not deserve a star, but I could not post without giving one.One of their realtors TODD RENDER is COMPLETELY unprofessional. A home posted online, I made an offer and was presented with a counteroffer (which I accepted). It took almost 48 hours for him to tell my realtor that the seller went with another offer. All this after the time frame for a response was ignored, he ignored my realtors numerous calls and text for an answer and he allowed two more offers to be made in the timeframe that he had me waiting. I do not recommend. He is unprofessional and unethical. I will make sure his actions are reported. You cant pick and choose what offers to show the seller!To respond to the owner… I know exactly what realtor I am speaking about. I’m not upset about not getting the property, being there are plenty more on the market available, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy is bad business on your end. I also know of the attempts made by my realtor and the lack of attempts made by Mr. Render.

This company may have high reviews from their buyers but if you are the buyer and they are the sellers realtor.... God help you....not only did we have issue after issue with getting communication from them, but when theirs sellers (a company that flips) caused needless delays closing (well past the contract dates) as well as additional costs due to their delays and failure to compete agreed upon repairs, we drafted an addendum to request they pay the costs they caused as well as repairs that they agree to address ( they said the repairs were competed, re inspection time, uuummm not even close). A realtors job is to forward the request for the seller to agree to, counter or deny; oh not this guy. My realtor would reach out to basically let them know what I was requesting and that he would be getting the written request soon, he then took it upon himself to say there was no need to forward it because HE knew the sellers would not agree to the request! STAY IN YOUR LANE MY DUDE! Went as far as to say the top $$ amount he was "allowed" to go to [$600 less they what I requested) and that the sellers would not budge any higher then that! When I refused to except that amount and had to insist the request be forwarded to his clients, the sellers not only agreed to that amount but additional funds as well!I gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option and alot of the issues stemmed from this company they represent (and have done so for some time, per the agent) but ya lie with dogs, ya get flees.
