C & O has been my go-to auto repair and maintenance shop for over the last 2 years now.
They are the most friendly, fair, and affordable professionals that I have encountered throughout my experience (and struggles) with automotive repairs and upkeep. If anyone in Louisville were to ask me who I would recommend for anything from an oil change to in depth body shop work: it has got to be C & O.
As long as I am here in Louisville, they shall continue to have me as a regular and returning customer.

I've been going to this shop for years. Tony, who took over from Joe when he retired, is honest, fair, fast, and he and his crew do hands-down the best repair work in town. I've never once felt like they were snowing me. in addition, every time I go there, the lot is always full of luxury vehicles, so you know they must be good at what they do. People in the know go to C&O!

My experience at C&O has been exceptional. The service is impeccable and point on, not to mention helpful and friendly. They serviced my 2003 Mercedes. It was an excellent vehicle until hit by a deer and the insurance company totaled it (salvage and resold, I believe, since I drove it for more than a year after the hit. The insurance company said "great car".) Then when the fuel door to my next vehicle suddenly wouldn't open, (I was at the gas station) C&O was like a friend, there to respond and provide assistance. In short, really good company to do business with on every occasion! M
