Inexpensive and varied units, great location but very spotty quality. Buildings are old and it's on a busy street so you get the risks that come with that but it's also rewarding being able to walk everywhere. Pipes are old and fail often and you'll find yourself calling maintinence often but the area is what you pay for.

I had a great three years living at Breckenridge Park Apartments. The apartments were nice, and the maintenance and office staff were prompt in addressing any Issues I had. The neighbors were generally quiet.

They're such an amazing company that God has blessed. They've gone out of there way to help me through tough times. I've been renting from them for over two years and when Corona hit I couldn't pay my rent and they not only patiently waited for the rent assistance to come through they actually went out of there way to help me fill out all the paperwork.

The property management at Highgate Springs Apartments has really diminished over the last few years. The washers and dryers in the on-site laundry facility almost never work and there seems to be only one serviceable dumpster on site for 6 apartments building with 12 apartment units per building. I have had a leaking kitchen sink for monthly and water damage in the cabinet area under the sinks. It took forever to get maintenance to fix the plumbing but water damage still there. I pay rent every month and on time. Should not have to deal with this, especially living in an apartment unit without washer/dryer hook-up.

I lived at Breckenridge Park apartments, part of Bronner Realty, for over 2 years. The management is fantastic. The staff and maintenance team were always friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet and clean. The property is expertly cared for and always looks neat as a pin. The rent was very reasonable; I never needed a clubhouse, a pool, a car wash facility, ect. I always felt safe and proud to have friends and family over. Bronner Realty made Breckenridge Park feel like home!

Lived at the bon air apts on commander drive. For the price it was a big single bedroom apt, decent sized kitchen and bathroom. Appliances were kinda old but got the job done (no dishwasher in my unit), bathroom was a decent size. Lived there for 2 years, and had lived at another property ran by bronner a few years ago, over all very happy with the apartments and would recommend em to anyone. Just a note the Apts off of Taylorsville had laundry on the side of the building, the apt on commander Dr had no laundry in unit or in the building. The area for commander Dr has a park close by and the area can get kinda noisy in the summer (cars,bar,etc) which is no fault of bronner but something to think about (thin windows). Thanks Bronner realty, if I'm ever back in the Ville and need a place you'll be the first place I'll look at!

This place is great! The property staff are very friendly and always make time to talk with me. They're also running a lot of promotions to help their tenants move in very easily. Would recommend!

I've been at Saint Francis in the highlands for almost 3 years. Maintenance is super quick to fix my problems. My dishwasher broke and they had someone out the next day, same when my a/c stopped working. I was late on rent once on accident and they removed the late fee for me when I asked. Laundry room isn't the best, I've lost a lot of quarters on the machines, half the time the dryers don't work (why I lost quarters) so I just go to my parents to do my laundry now. But I mentioned to the office that I lost quarters and Mr Bronner personally brought me my money back that I lost.
Being on the first floor, I get the occasional cockroach and spider, but nothing I can't deal with. I'd recommend this place for anyone wanting a good apartment in a great location.

Decent price for the Deer Park neighborhood, staff works well with the tenants. Would give 5 stars but there are no washer/dryer hookups in the apartment and the dryers that are offered are not quality at all.

I lived at Highgate Springs, a property owned by Bronner Realty. It is a good size apartment, clean, and very efficient energy bills, both in the winter as well as in the summer the bills are pretty steady. Definitely value for money. Very close to both 264 and 64, as well as grocery stores like Paul's Deli and Kroger.
I recommend it to anyone who moves to louisville and needs a place that gives them value for their money.
