I had an amazing experience at Bluegrass Collision Center. I was in a unique situation where my car was rear-ended while parked on Bardstown Road as I was stopping through town driving back to Colorado. Bluegrass was able to get me in the next day (everyone else was quoting me 3-4 weeks before they could even see me) and were extremely communicative the entire time my car was in the shop (a little over a month).
I was really impressed and encouraged by my experience with them for multiple reasons: 1) Their customer service was incredible. I was freaking out on the phone after having this very logistically inconvenient accident and Wade was really helpful and calmed me and my worries when I first called them. Derek (I think that was his name) who worked at the front desk was lovely in every interaction I had with him, in person and on the phone. I had to go home to Denver over the roughly 40-60 days they had my car and they communicated with me the whole time. They never even thought for a second about charging me to store my car on the lot while I tried to figure out how to fly to Louisville quickly once my car was ready. 2) My car looked like nothing had happened to it once I got it back--and to this day it drives like a breeze (this happened 3 days before the end of August 2023, got it back beginning of October 2023).
You run a stellar business and I appreciate you all!

Bluegrass Collision has worked on my car twice and both times I have had a great experience!! I just want to say thank you for all the hard work you all did and getting my car together!! You guys are amazing!! ? ?

Had a rough start with getting my car in and set up to get worked on due to someone that is no longer working there. However they managed to turn it around and get the process going and hardly took any time after that at all. They did an amazing job on my Jeep and I will definitely be back.

I went with this store in particular bc I was told that they were able to get me in quickly, we most shops are backed up. Whoever I was working with at the time was giving me the run around and not following up which ended in waiting around for about a month, probably longer until I could get my vehicle in. Thankfully Wayne was there to the rescue, he got things straightened out for me and after that it was smooth sailing. He kept me updated and was super professional and so easy to work with. Bc of him and the guys that actually worked on my Jeep and did such an amazing job, I will forever use this shop!
