I wanted to see the new Microsoft Surface Pro that was available that day but the first "sales consultant" had no idea what I was talking about and the second one said she was only a "vendor" & not an employee - but later she indicated she was actually an employee who was setting up the display for the new Surface but didn't want to show it to me. I told them both I would look elsewhere which didn't seem to phase either of them.

I bought a $799 Nikon p950 last weekend as a Father's Day present. Best Buy's website listed an extra battery (and SD card) as frequently purchased with the camera. When I went to the store, the employee got the battery and SD card for me and I purchased all three items. Upon getting home, I unpackaged the battery and found it to be the wrong battery for the camera (i.e. it didn't fit). A week later, I attempted to return the battery and was told by the manager, Hussin, that because I opened the packaging, I could not return the battery (despite their online recommendation to purchase it with the camera). I left the battery with Hussin and took the $39.99 loss. Moving forward, I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again, will enjoy the return policies at Amazon and will share this story about Best Buy's lack of an appropriate return policy with my friends and family.

Walked in the store and walked past 7 sales associates having a conversation. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. I walked past them for a second time and went untreated again. I am a man of color but I am 6 foot 6 inches tall. Shortly after I walked by an older white male walked by the same group and not only was he greeted, he was asked how can we help you today sir and 3 staff members immediately came to his aide. I asked why nobody asked me if I needed help when I walked by twice, I was kicked out of the store.

Not a happy camper. Purchased a TV online this past weekend. It was to be delivered and set up on 6/5. I called this morning to get a 4- hour window and was told it was not going to be delivered as it was not available at the store. Poor customer service. Not email text, or call but oh they took the credit card #. Service sucks. Now suppose to be delivered on 6/8.

Went in to get help from Samsung Rep, who had "stepped out" at 10:30 am. A very knowledgeable store employee was able to help us fix an app issue on my phone. He was very nice and helpful, and did not pressure us to make a purchase. When I do want to make a purchase, I will go there and look for him! (Unfortunately, I failed to get his name)
