I can’t really comment on the Weight Distribution Hitch since I just picked it up at the UPS sorting facility an hour away from my home. RV Parts put the wrong street number on the shipping label which I understand can happen….that really isn’t my beef with them. Communicating with them is next to impossible. No one ever picks up the phone….only a recording. Three days of going back and forth via emails with response time from them approximately 24 hours delayed. I tried to work with UPS to modify the shipping address but they would only allow the shipper (RV Parts) to make the change. I requested that they contact UPS to correct the street address and their response was “have you called UPS to change your address?” They never did reach out to UPS to correct the street address. Before I ordered the part, they confirmed that it was in stock and it took them 3 business days before they shipped it out. So much for next business day shipping. They indicated that they don’t have customer service available via telephone since they don’t want customers to have long wait times….apparently they must have quite a few customer service requests!

Damaged AC unit. No one will answer the phone or emails about damaged pan that looks like warehouse forklift damage per my RV Tech. Faced with no AC we installed. Seeking some type of compensation. Unit is in and working but I expect the use life to be less with the pan damage. Shipper rejected claim on damage. Nobody takes responsibility preying on unsatisfied consumers. I filed a BBB complaint.

This is the worst camping part dealer I have ever dealt with. They refuse to have an active phone number that you can actually called and talk to a real person. I ordered an AC unit it arrived damaged.They wanted to give me $80 for this over a thousand dollars AC unit. I finally got them to approve sending me a new one if I return the damaged one and the new one arrived damaged as well. Do not order anything from.
Update: Customer service was rude when I asked for an update. I suggest you do not order from this company.

I’m not sure why everyone is crying about this company. They are NOT the ones responsible for a damaged product during shipping. That is the carriers fault (ups, fed ex, USPS….) Not the supplier. So quit your crying
I had an excellent experience
I purchased door locks for my travel trailer because this was the only place on the internet that had a 2pack that was keyed alike that didn’t boast one of 500 different asian names that you can’t pronounce for the same sketchy product like everything on Amazon.
I got exactly what I ordered, at a great price, and it shipped to me via USPS in about 5 days.
Great selection, great price, fast shipping.
I was not paid for this review and I would shop here again on a heart beat.
Just to reiterate, this company had what could not be found at camping world, etrailer, rec pro, Amazon, or any other “big name” online store that i checked.
Hats off to them!!

As a mobile rv tech i ordered a ac unit for a customer of mine , unfortanelty my customer had to leave the state before we could install . Trying to reach this company by phone or email to return the unit is impossible . I will no longer work with rv parts country due to customer service issues !

!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!. Clearly they have 2500 paid for reviews. I'm giving them 5 stars so this shows up first and you can just go read the hundreds of real 1 star reviews. I have the same story as all the others.

RV Parts Country helped me find a great and affordable replacement for my RC AC unit. Their website is easy to use and they even made things easy when the first unit was damaged during shipping. I highly recommend them for all your RV parts.

I paid for a steering stabilizer (nearly $1,000) that RVPartsCountry said they have in stock, but didn’t. They couldn’t even get it! I had to fight them to get my money back.

Ordered a new Coleman a/c and instead of having it shipped I asked if I could just come and pick it up in store and they took the a/c and installation kit to the rv dealership next door and even stayed open an extra hour on Saturday just so I could pick up in person!
Will definitely do business with them anytime I need anything for my fifth wheel
March 2022 and I still use Rv parts country for all my rv needs that I can wait a few days for. They finally updated their website so it’s so much easier and faster to find what I’m looking for,
