I got terrible customer service! I booked my appointment online Friday for a Tuesday at 530 for my daughter a haircut. She has school and sports so it’s hard to get her in for a hair appointment so she was so excited to finally get in. Well when we walked in they said they couldn’t find the set appointment I must of made it during a time it was down which happens sometimes. They refused to fit her in wanted us to come back in a couple days after explaining that we are driving 30 minutes. Now I usually don’t complain about service because I do understand that things happen but they did not try to fix the situation at all and they are aware of this problem. The disappointment on my daughters face. They could of apologized maybe offer some kind of discount got her in the next day for their mistake. I would have stayed later if I had to if it was me. I won’t be making another appointment here.

I tried to schedule an appointment back in March. I went to the salon's website and tried to use their online scheduling option. I tried multiple times but was unable to successfully schedule through their site. I sent several messages through their website to let them know about the issue. I also tried calling multiple times and left several messages on their voicemail. I even tried one more time to schedule online and was finally able to get an appointment. However, the next day I received an email saying that my appointment was cancelled. Finally, after 3 weeks or so I finally got a call from the receptionist who left me a voicemail saying that she wasn't aware that I had been having so many issues trying to schedule an appointment and said that the salon has been slammed (one thing I hate is excuses - just apologize if you feel the need, but don't give me excuses and a life story). She left her cell phone number and said the best way to schedule an appointment is to text her. I think this is absolutely ridiculous - why have a phone in the salon with voicemail if you don't check it, and an online scheduling feature if it doesn't work. Even though I didn't go to this salon I felt the need to leave this review because customer service is just as important as the service itself! They lost my business before they even got it....and believe me, I went out of my way to try and schedule. RIDICULOUS!!!

I love Michal’s! I’m normally a Client of Leslie’s who is awesome! However, due to COVID & Leslie being so busy & a family scheduling conflict I used Sarah & she is awesome, too! So if you want the best to do your hair, I highly recommend these 2 great gals! They are the absolute BEST! AWESOME stylist & SUPER customer service!

Upscale salon with friendly vibe. I've been coming here for years and it seems like all the stylists here are skilled and have been here quite a while, but Stephanie is amazing and does an INCREDIBLE job with blondes if you need any help with coloring, touch-ups or highlights!! I'd put her work on par with very high end salons in major cities like New York, Washington DC and Atlanta where I've paid 3X as much. She's a rare find in this area!

Leslie Chinn is amazing .... she has great experience and knows what she is doing ... I love her to death and would recommend her to any and everyone that is looking for a stylist... she listens to you and makes sure the cut and color is going to compliment you in every way.... The salon in its self is a great enviornment and very welcoming ..... I give it 10 stars
