I recently switched from another vet. The experience had been like night and day. My German Shepherd sees Dr.Cassie. She takes time to answer all my questions and offer suggestions. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. I would not take Ryvers anywhere else. They have taken very good care of him for over 10 years. They are also very kind.

I brought in a stray that had been attacked by dogs and they treated him as if I had been a customer for years. Compassion means a lot, and I got it from the people here when my own vet's office didn't care. They tried their best to save the cat, but he got a bad infection and didn't make it, and they were so kind when he had to be put to sleep.

Called on Tuesday morning because my dog had been extremely sick since Monday afternoon. Rip wasn’t eating or drinking anything and was vomiting everywhere with massive diarrhea! Explained all this to the lady who answered the phone who could obviously careless her response “ well… I don’t have anything until Thursday “ I said he’s extremely sick and probably won’t make it that long being he won’t drink anything. Her response “well call around and find something at another office” good customer service right there thank you and I’ll do just that find somewhere else to give my money!!

I’m pretty late on this review (oh well) but I took my small shih tzu, Rosie, to get her teeth exam before scheduling a cleaning back in June 2023. The Vet I talked to was sweet and explained to me that she shouldn’t need any pulled but will for sure need a deep cleaning and I got a rough estimate from the front desk ladies that it should be no more than $350. I took her back August 1st for her cleaning and what do you know—I get a call saying all of her bottom teeth and her top canines had to be removed. I was appalled and crying right after the call, mostly in worry of my dog being pain and the possibility of her struggling to eat with less teeth. I had to pay a whopping $1,100 on pick up or I couldn’t see her. I feel strongly that they should have asked me before carrying on with the teeth pull before acting. Even if she absolutely needed it I would have rather discussed it with my family first before facing such a big decision and fee. Please ask your patients permission before acting next time, it’s unprofessional and bad for business!!!
