They wasnt very nice, when i got there i had to wait almost 2 hours to get my uhaul because the guy was gone getting a haircut, and then he didnt have the dolly i ordered and he just acted like owell it was no big deal. So i had to go to 3 different places to finally get one. Then we accidentally left a jacket in the uhaul and when i called them no one knew anything about it. Needless to say im not happy with my experience, ill definitely go somewhere else next time i need a uhaul. Coulda been just an off day. We all have them but i won't take any chances goin back there.I was absolutely not 2 hrs late you can watch your cameras and ask the guy working in the back, i waited almost 2 hrs on you. And as far as the door being wide open, that wasnt me i shut both doors, so i dont know about that, i just know you told me one of the guys may have checked out the uhaul and you would ask them the next day if they saw the jacket. But thank you for the apology.

Floyd’s charged me $550 to change my alternator. I broke down in London, KY while traveling and they took advantage of the situation. Anybody that has a clue about auto mechanics knows $550 is an astronomical price to change out an alternator. He got me! Be smart and take your business elsewhere so he won’t get you too!

Do not do business with Floyd’s. They stole over $1,000 worth of things out of our vehicle. When confronted about it we were cursed out and had the door slammed on our face. Very shady business. Avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. If you like your vehicle and belongings don’t take them to Floyd’s unless you plan on wanting to fill out police reports and taking them to court.Service: Car towing
