The past 3-4 months they’ve had my Escape so I had to miss a lot of work due to their lack of knowledge. Plus I was paying on a car I didn’t have for those months unless I lucked up and got a way there. After using almost all the warranty I had, they told me to take it to Lexington where I got it. They found the problem and more however the warranty will not cover it. So I got done badly, that’s my way of being nice. I do not recommend taking anything to the service department.

ABSOLUTE TRASH! ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Service Department takes way to long even for scheduled appointment. Everytime I would call to check if vehicle was done, it was a different story why it isnt. I will never bring a vehicle to be serviced or work done again!

They got me a great deal. And are really nice an friendly people. Derek Akers was my assistant an was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a vehicle, he went way out of his way to help me get this vehicle. I'll never go anywhere else to get a vehicle from here on out. My prior car (bought from Don Franklin Ford) was recently a total loss. Of course I went back to the same dealership to buy my new one. Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I would recommend Raleigh Bowling and Bobby Ayers to anyone who will listen!!
