These guys were great, I had to have an engagement ring sized. I had opted to go with lab grown diamonds, and did not buy it from them. They treated me as if I had just spent $10K with them. I never leave reviews but they have a QR code upfront to do so.

I went in with need for a wedding band in a short amount of time and Sierra made it happen and helped me pick my dream wedding band! She was so helpful and nice and I was so happy with my ring. Great staff and great selection of jewelry. Will now only buy my jewelry from Benqueils!

I was on vacation and I needed to get 2 rings sized quickly. They jumped right on it and got them done that day. On top of that I noticed that everyone who came though their doors was being treated like their most valuable customer. I'm very impressed.

Took my engagement ring and wedding ring to have the rhodium redone since it had been quite a few years since I last did. They got them finished in the time estimate they gave me and the price wasn’t too bad. My rings look great.

Amazing experience. Sierra helped my fiancé build my ring many months ago. I came in today, alone, to get it resized. She immediately recognized the ring and knew who my fiancé was- literally by just looking at my ring! I could tell she loves her job and was happy to be apart of our story. It was sized perfectly and only took an hour to get the ring back. When I picked it up, Sierra was with another customer but the woman who helped me was just as friendly. And Sierra thanked me on the way out. I can’t wait to do business with them in the future. Absolutely amazing!
