Moved last summer 11 minutes away from my old residence. The movers were fast and didn't run up the time like some people will. I only needed them to move the bigger furniture that I couldn't haul in my car and told them this but they were still picking up totes and things of that nature. When we got to my house some of the walls were dinged with furniture and a spot in the hallway wall was scraped. They stated they could not hook up our washer and dryer due to legal reasons which I guess is understandable however I've never had a moving service refuse to do this as I don't know how. I had to have a neighbor help me. We were also charged more than we were quoted and all in all the move took less than 2 hours.

Used them to move big, heavy furniture out of a house. They were prompt very informative and careful in their performance. The owner had great communication with every step. Would suggest anyone use this company to move anything needed.Service: Oversized-item moving

Response received to my personal cell phone: “ Thanks for the review, that review if anyone cares anymore about reviews will do nothing but hurt my employees not me. I started this company in 2003 when I graduated from UK and since I started I’ve never intentionally overcharged anyone. I actually own multiple companies and my goal is to be fair with everyone which is why I’ve been very successful in business. Going back to my text messages from that day I see that on top of everything else the weather was not cooperating the best. I’m sure that slowed everything down as well. Again if your aunt would like to speak with me just simply have her to call me. Also, to clear up the apparent confusion, I didn’t hang up on you I was finished talking to you.”(I was there for the move the day it occurred and was simply calling to discuss a pricing discrepancy on behalf of a family member)Original: The company showed up with 2 movers the morning of as opposed to 3 (said they’d give an extra hour at no cost due to this). During the move, they broke a large flatscreen television (was told we would have to pay a $500 deductible to get insurance). They offered to take $100 off of the move because of this. The truck cost $120, and the move was 6 hours long (at a supposed $75 an hour). Despite all this, the charge was still over $600 even with the extra hour and broken tv. Upon calling, I was hung up on by customer service.

Terrible experience, expensive, came late because worker over slept, and then charged over $800.00 for a 15 mile move. My wife and I had everything boxed, wrapped and ready to go. all the movers would have had to do was load things and get us moved. I have moved twice cross country by myself and feel that I know a thing or two about moving. The only reason I used a moving company is because of health problems. Unless you have lots of money to spend or can't find anyone in your family to help move you I suggest that this company be avoided at all costs. We also had to listen to one of the workers complaining about his job and how he was looking for something better, that's not right. Move shouldn't have taken over 3 hours, but they decided to unpack and take apart an antique dresser that had a mirror on it as well as a computer desk that had traveled cross country twice with out so much as a dent. This took up valuable time and then they had to re assemble these items upon arrival at our new home....Not happy campers at all. This move actually took place back in early October and I at first thought if I couldn't say anything good then don't say nothing at all but today I decided that I should share our experience with this moving company. I have only seen one review and it was 5 star, either they are easily pleased or they didn't really care. Oh yeah they went to get something to eat and didn't follow us to our new home!
