I have purchased at least twenty plants between both locations over the last year. They have a great selection BUT one big issue is that they seem to have a pest problem. Whenever I buy plants I inspect for visible pests then place in isolation for a couple of weeks, before introducing to the rest of my houseplants. I have invested a lot of time and money into my collection which exceeds 50 plants. I had purchased a hanging basket of golden pothos from the Frankfort location that revealed a spider mite infestation within a couple of days. I had also purchased an Alocasia stingray which revealed mealybugs. I spent more money on products than the plant costs just to clear the infestation and it took weeks. A few days ago I purchased three more plants and so far I’ve caught several mealybugs feasting on two of the three. I understand pests happen but for the cost of the plants you’d think they’ve have better pest control in place. I don’t find it worth continuing to purchase at either location at this point for concern of pests spreading to and destroying ALL of my plants.

Sherry was so very helpful. She is knowledgeable and taught us how to care for the plants we purchased. We will definitely be back. She came back out to help us load up some dirt even though she was on a break.

I called today to ask what should be done regarding the little lime hydrangea that is already dying that I received from Wilson this season. This is the 2nd hydrangea that has died. After being informed by the very rude lady on the phone that first I was watering it too much, then too little, and lastly that is was possibly the soil, I informed her that the other plants (one being a hydrangea that I purchased from there last year) were thriving. She informed me that they do not guarantee warranty replacements. I tried to clarifying that I didn’t appreciate losing the money spent on the shrub ($60-$70). I would have brought it to her attention that no where on the website does it say that they do not honor warranty replacements, but she hung up on me first. It’s safe to say that Wilson has lost my personal business along with our professional business. I have included pictures of the dying plant, my thriving plants, and of course, a copy of their warranty.

I recently discovered this plant nursery after moving from Miami, and I'm thrilled with the diverse selection they offer. The variety of plants is impressive, and it has become my go-to place for adding greenery to my new space. Highly recommend!

The “rare” houseplants in the greenhouse are very low quality but high priced. Most were missing lots of leaves or they were badly damaged. Everything outside had a lot of weeds in the pots too. Staff was very rude too.
