I got a new s24 plus, and I couldn't activate it because my old phone was broken, so I took it in, and while it did take a while, it was fixed. Freddie was his name, I think, and he did a really good job. After the wait, he fixed my phone in under 5 minutes, so I highly recommend this Verizon store.

My wife & I went into this location to get our granddaughter a phone! We had the pleasure of being assisted by Fredy, and he was amazing! Fredy was patient as he explained all of our options! We did some upgrades to new phones and added a line! It was a seamless experience. This made a great gift for our granddaughter! We shopped on 12/24/23 and we were very satisfied! We even took advantage of the free 30 day internet offer! I feel like we won! Thank you Fredy for providing A+ customer service! ?????

I was in town visiting my mom and decided to upgrade her phone and switch numbers with another phone. Sydney, the manager on duty, was super helpful in outlining my options which I really appreciated. She was super busy, but was patient while my phone upgraded the iOS and transferred data, and came back to check on me frequently. What a wonderful experience. If I ever need to come back, I hope Sydney is working!

Had a phone delivered for upgrade and have been calling the store foe 2 days with no answer. I was supposed to receive a call from a sales rep to schedule an appointment to pick up my upgraded phone. This was supposed to save wait time according to the sales rep that upgraded my phone...unreal

I went in-store to pick up a order that was placed online, Brett a manager on duty, said he couldn’t release my order just yet and asked me to come back later and as soon a as I walked out canceled my order and I received a cancellation of my order because I “refused to pick up”. I asked Brett for the district managers name and he failed to provide that information for me to properly file a complaint. Brett was not authorized to cancel my order but did so anyways. I had a 2nd order that corporate called and said is ready for pick up and when I went to the store again he went into the back to make a “phone call” and attempted to cancel that one too. He claims that one is canceled too. but it still shows on my end it’s ready for pick up. Unethical and very unprofessional arguing with a customer in front of other customers.

The gentleman that helped us was great!! Got all 5 of our issues taken care of in an hour. VZ customer service reps-2 phone calls couldn't do it in 6 hours between 2 days!

I went in the Verizon store on Sunday afternoon on 7/16 and the Manager on duty was unhelpful like it was an inconvenience to assist the customer. told’em what I wanted to lower my Verizon bill and he gave me every other reason why I shouldn’t do it, and came across with attitude and disrespectful, like it was his money.… smh..do your job… wouldn’t go back.. save your time and do it online

I don't live close to a Verizon, closest one to me is 45 minutes away in Somerset. My daughter lives in Lexington so if I am at her house and need to do something at Verizon I'll stop at this store. I got there today 10 minutes before closing time but they said they couldn't wait on me cause they close in 10 minutes, he actually said 9 minutes. I was there to spend 500.00-700.00 but I guess I'll go elsewhere now. I thought if a customer was in the door before you closed they had to wait on you, guess not.

I stopped at the store last week, not intending to necessary start service. I knew the price of a 7 line plan, I just kept seeing inconsistency in pricing online. Adam walked me through it with a good quote, and store manager Thomas sealed the deal. Awesome folks, including service after the sale. Verizon is pricey, but you get what you pay for - and if you are thinking of going to Verizon- go to THIS store, as it is a Corporate store! A++++

Went to get a new iPhone since my old one was breaking on me, Caleb helped me look at phones and decide what I want. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable! He was super helpful the whole time I was there and he really went above and beyond to make the experience as fast and easy as possible.

Honestly, I felt like we were inconveniencing the rep working with us. He was pretty non responsive and did not really answer any of our questions. He charged us an activation fee but did not activate our phone. We were on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes and finally had to drive back to the store to get things sorted. We asked what the phone would cost up front and agreed to pay the price only later to find out that he had set us up on a payment plan increasing our monthly payments. We decided to return the phone a day later and they charged us a $50 restocking fee.Avoid this store if you can.

perfect score. I had been trying unsuccessfully to resolve an issue with Verizon Customer service by phone since Dec 2022. I should have gone to the local store first. They were so understanding and courteous. They invested a significant amount of time and effort to resolve the issue and took the extra effort to engage me to make the wait time easier. The Verizon heroes of Nicholasville road are Brett, Redeat, Jacob, Christa and Adam. They should be recognized and rewarded. A big thank you to you guys
