There needs to be federal investigation into your mail carriers. They falsely claim boxes are obstructed, locked or that dogs are loose. Any reason to keep from exiting the truck, UPS drivers would have been fired long ago for this stuff. And today, I had a package returned for incorrect address after moving from the west coast all the way to THIS post office, then suddenly it's messed up. It's a printed label, how can it be incorrect suddenly?

The worst employees! Won't deliver mail because too lazy to get out of the car. I live on the court and have street parking. I always make sure to not block the mail box, but even on the days it's not blocked, if there's nothing to deliver but I have mail to be picked up, they won't stop by to pick it up. I haven't seen worse service yet!

Went here to drop off a package. Accidentally turned into an area that was apparently for authorized vehicles only and quickly realized my mistake and turned around. An employee aggressively chased after my car and proceeded to yell at me for entering an area that says “do not enter.” She was extremely rude for an honest mistake and it was completely uncalled for

Constantly loosing packages for my street. Finally got mail cluster in and the mail man is taking our mail! Call or go up there and the manager hides and won’t do her job. Or call me back about the missing mail. We’ve made tons of reports to corporate about this and nothing gets done. Seriously don’t plan on getting your mail if this is your post office. I’ve never in my life met such sorry people who won’t even take care of complaints. I had a package of clothes come from Amazon through sure post and the mail carrier stole it or gave it to someone else. This was the answer I got (shrugs shoulders) (sorry)
I pray they loose something very important to them and think about how they have done me and the people on my street. We didn’t even get our mail on this street for a whole year waiting on these clusters. The post office won’t do anything for you! Don’t move to this location if you can help it! The blonde manager needs to do her job.

Easily the most reliable and efficient post office I've ever been to. Nancy, Matthew, and Charles always provide a good attitude and friendly conversation. They are valued members of the community! Always willing to help people who are confused or stressed without adding to it.

Nice employees. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
Only gave 3 stars because there is a manager there who is THE RUDEST PERSON I have ever dealt with.
I needed help tracking down a very important piece of mail that my mailman refused to leave in my mailbox because my son's name was on it. I was told that I should have a list of names of the people who can receive mail.
That is a joke. I still get mail from the 2 previous owners
The manager took his time coming out of the back. He had a bad attitude. He acted like I was bothering him.
He was absolutely no help at all.
Luckily, it was forwarded to my son.

Went to the Creative Dr location in Lexington KY because I had a claim on a package that I received damaged. The guy kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk and then said "just cause the package says fragile doesn't mean anything"Let me help you out.Fragile - easily broken or damaged.If a package says fragile it is probably not a good idea to place a HEAVY object on top of it.I got the package back from them and will take it to another location where the people might be more helpful. This is why I don't like dealing with the usps at all.
