About 3? years ago after they took over Scottrade I walked into the old downtown office to make changes to my account. They seemed surprised and we sat for 1/2 hour before someone would talk and admonish us to make an appointment next time. Today I called the \\\"local\\\" number and was put into a phone tree that ended in a call center where a guy advised us to call the Lexington office. This was to deposit a 6-figure IRA transfer check. I really like their online interface but may have to re-think this.....

One failed money transfer and labeled as fraud is just insane. Its been 5years ive re applied. I have etrade, tradestation, robinhood, webull, moomoo accounts currently and TOS wont allow me to have an account for one failed money transfer. I can’t recommend this broker to anyone. ONE FAILED TRANSFER AND YOUR FLAGGED FOR LIFE.. garbage broker

It seems as if you guys don’t know what you are doing. It’s at least once a week it seems your guys website is crashed making me loose money and not not doing anything about it.
