They did a tremendous job on our 1992 Ford Flareside. We now have a place to bring our vehicles for honest, dependable work. You can’t find this kind of service in todays time.

Special thanks to Jorge & Ben for their hard work this week! My car that is 11 years old feels almost brand new thanks to these guys. It’s quiet and drives so smoothly now. And my AC is working like a champ! I literally can’t thank them enough for checking out my car THOROUGHLY and getting it taken care of on a time crunch for me. They didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did. That’s something you don’t come across much these days, especially for a first time customer. They are knowledgeable and transparent. They take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you might have. I will absolutely be back when I need work done again. If you’re thinking of using them for your vehicle needs, absolutely give them a shot!

Over $3,000 later and somehow my car drives and handles worse than when I gave it to them (which was not even the issue I brought my vehicle in for.) Mechanics do not seem knowledgeable based on the information I received over the phone. Ridiculous labor charges, was quoted a labor period of an hour and a half to change a battery which only takes ten minutes even for the most unskilled mechanic. Only reason it’s two stars rather than one is the customer service was relatively good and waiting area was clean. Would not recommend
Edit: Your response is almost entirely completely false. I have been driving my vehicle for over a year prior to bringing it in. I got it towed to your shop due to the alternator going out. I only brought it to your shop because I was told you would be able to work on it the next morning, which turned out to be a lie that I chose not to mention prior to your response. Doing the bare minimum would have been to only get my alternator and battery replaced. I paid approximately $3,200 after removing some items your team suggested. I would like to know how this qualifies as the bare minimum. To your point about “getting the vehicle driveable” (which it already was) I had mentioned the vehicle had been sitting in a barn for just under 1 year prior to me receiving it when discussing the handbrake. Changed to 1 star.

I went to southtside auto repair. Even though they couldn’t service my car, Jorge gave me really good advice to how to get it fixed myself so I could get home safe. Appreciate his honesty and just his willingness to help me even though they couldn’t run a diagnostic his advice was really helpful.

would not recommend. overpriced for what had been done being around a thousand dollars when really this was not the case at all and uncalled for within price. i had taken my car here to have fixed to then get my car back with a new problem. i took it back to explain the new problem and they told me that it hadn’t been their fault even though it appeared after the matter (this new problem worked perfectly fine before even being seen with this business), tried to charge me once again of course. better off going somewhere where it’s not all about the money and more so getting the problem fixed without that of creating another for the advantage of it. i’m glad to have found that within another business and to know i’m in good hands with a reasonable price and no reoccurring issues. thank you for that of directing me somewhere else where it is a drastic improvement compared to here!

Went in for an a/c recharge and the guys got it done. They also included an entire vehicle inspection that was great, pics and videos of everything. So far so good, cold air back in the 2006 f150. Good guys to deal with, thanks.

Very professional and friendly place of business. Had to get a 3rd party car inspection done here on quick notice. They were able to accommodate me and my wife as we were out of state (Indiana). They gave a detailed and thorough report. I would highly recommend them. Spoke with Chris and Jorge the times I called. Thanks for your help.

Excellent courteous service. They sent a detailed estimate and answered all our questions. We were in a bind with no brakes and only one car. They worked 3 hours after closing on a Friday night so we would have our car for the weekend. Now that's excellent customer service!
