Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! I visited at a very busy time and all the employees were very helpful in helping me find a washer and letting me know which ones to avoid that were being fixed! When there were finished loads unattended, they even helped unload them and find the owner so people could get their loads done quickly! This is no laundromat where theres one person hiding behind a desk that makes you figure everything out on your own, they value their customers! Very pleasurable experience!

Incredible service. As a member of a traveling drum corps, I’ve been to a handful of laundromats this year and this is by far the most accommodating one we’ve visited. Big thanks from the Blue Stars!!!

Dropped off 4 suit jackets and was told they would be 32.xx for all 4. Went to pick up and my 16 year old son who was with me when I dropped them off wanted to go on and pick them up. He came out and and told me they were trying to charge double. I went back in and explained to the lady who identified herself as the Owner, but she would NOT honor the price quoted by her employee. She advised me to call corporate....? Wait so she's not the owner after all because if there is corporate then there's not individual owners because ya can't have both lol.
Regardless items were clean but I will not be returning because of the rudeness and unprofessional of the "Owner"

I've visited this place at least three times, each time hoping to prove myself wrong. In every instance, I've watched their machines at work, noticing how they literally do not soap & sud your clothes. If anything, it seems that their machines merely dampen your clothes throughout pointless cycles of rotation. I never seem to find my clothes actually being washed with "soap and water" in the machines--and I've experimented with both liberal and conservative amounts of detergent as well as with different wash-settings. In one instance, a machine underwent nearly a ten-minute prewash cycle before shutting down and jumping to a final spin. In this latter case, I just accepted my lost and immediately traveled a distance to rewash my clothes elsewhere. The people are fairly friendly, but they don't always take too kind to complaints. I've been made to feel that if something goes wrong with a machine, then it is perhaps on account of something THAT I'VE DONE WRONG---like not properly inserting quarters. Using their dryers is not as intuitive or as common-sensical as one would think; I've lost a few quarters in those machines. But for the most part, customers seem to be satisfied with this place. I, however, am done with it.

Clean and bright. Most machines were in good working order. Friendly staff.
Hint: the big dryers are more economical, but you need to check them after 22 minutes. If the clothes aren't dry, add more
quarters at this point, rather than letting the clothes cool off during the last eight minutes of the cycle.

For the price this place is amazing and their machines get the job done fast. They have a larger machine that you can put 2 loads worth of clothes in and it’s great. Saves a lot of time! Staff is nice as well

Rude. very much so. She tried to make us leave at 7:25. I refused. she said the rule is last load starts at 7:30. I asked where that was posted and she said on the door. I asked where and she said with out looking out the window “it isn’t there right NOW. but it usually is”. Whatever lady. this place is one of many. I can’t wait for my new washer to come in so I don’t have to come here ever again
