No words……. I hope someone opens another uplifting braiding salon around here. Just a law suit waiting to happen. I wish they hired more professional people to represent the African community. You don’t talk and spit over someone especially while you’re doing their hair. Not a place women should go to be pampered. I read the reviews and saw how they degraded and talked bad about some people…..next time just call the immigration ICE. I am sure some of them are working without a work permit and I believe that’s illegal. I feel sorry for the owner…….. but maybe this is all acceptable. ??♀️ And people are just Braiding for money no real talent here.

I called them the day before to ask for an 10 AM appointment however when I arrived the the day of I didn’t even get seen until almost 45 mins after. Then I had to sit there while they yanked my head to blow dry it and then proceed to leave me sitting there without a word for 30 more minutes to go braid someone else’s hair.
Thankfully after an hour and a half of waiting they finally started braiding, but I didn’t even get the style that I wanted. I was given small boho knotless mid back length when I requested a medium knotless boho bob. The only saving grace is that the hair looks good but, for almost $300 this experience was not worth it

Braids lasted less then a week
$205 for braids that lasted less then a week is crazy. Never again. And then they tried to blame the hair, no I could understand you guys when you were talking, none of you knew what you were doing after telling me you did. I should have gotten up then and left but I’m a dummy and wanted to trust the process. Then when I complained you gave me two days to come back and I had to come at a certain time. I work and said that and got a oh well. My hair didn’t need a few braids replaced the whole head was a mess.

I have came here twice before and the first time my hair looked nice. But when I came to get just two braids they were HORRIBLE. Braids was crooked, the lady who did my hair used way to much gel, and I couldn't even keep the hair in for a week because it gave me an allergic reaction. Both times I've came here they were ruff with my hair and the vibe was just off. This place is a hazard, there were literally ants on the floor whilst she was braiding my hair. 0/10!

they do amazing work but their hostility and coldness everytime I come in is becoming unbearable. I’ve been a customer since they’ve opened and everytime I come out with a new horror story.

I actually really like them. THEY DO AMAZING WORK! But they rubbed me the wrong way on 1/13/24. My hair is short and is long enough to braid to begin with. My hair has grown since the last time I’ve been there. They told me my hair wasn’t long enough and want to charge me an extra 20$. When in reality the lady that did my hair the first time wasn’t there and the ladies that were there I felt like they couldn’t grip my hair like she would have. And instead of telling me that they decided to charge me an extra 20$ to attempt to do it. I said okay but then felt uncomfortable so I decided to leave. Also side note I made a post on Facebook asking “who can braid my hair” and included a pic, I got a million responses saying they could and would be able to grip it. Maybe it was God redirecting me somewhere else. Other than that, they do good work!

Horrible customer service and my edges are falling out after 4 days. I tried to tell her she was braiding too tight and she laughed and said “is this your first time”. DO NOT COME HERE.

I will never return horrible customer service! Very ruff with my head complaining the whole time about her fingers telling me u can’t fix my braid that was too big! If u don’t like your job quit! Don’t complain to someone coming to get there hair done! If u look in the pictures u can tell which braid needed to be redone!
