I wouldn’t recommend no one to go to this shop when I say the worst thing I could’ve done poor service take for ever and steal things out of cars lik I one guy asked me about some tickets I had in my arm rest 🤨

I took my car to this shop to get the timing chain fixed on my car and was asked to pay 1,200 up front before the work was even complete and I paid the 1,200. Once that was done the shop fixed my break booster without my permission and charged me 1,100 bucks. Again, without permission!
That’s not it - I got my car back after 10 days and noticed a pair of my sons shoes was missing in my car so I called them back and the owner said he had a mechanic stealing items out of peoples cars and he would write me a check for the price of the shoes. I declined that offer, but still thought that was wild.
After about 2 days my check engine light came on and the car continued to stall out.. I called the shop and they came and picked my car up free of charge “fixed” it after about two days of me getting it back the check engine light comes on again and I tried for an entire week to call the shop and get them to call me back and they NEVER DID!! They gave me a 90 day warranty with the work that they didn’t honor!
I had to end up taking my car to another shop and have them fix it after I paid this place 2,300 bucks and ended up getting my shoes stolen! Im a hardworking woman, so that was a big hit!!
BE CAREFUL!

They ended up tearing up my car so bad, I had to get a brand new one!!! Please stay away from this placeeeeee!!!! I literally only had one car payment left on my car and had to get a new one, bc they messed my car up so bad.

I got referred to them and he has had my car for 4 months and nothing has been done except he received money from my insurance company now my car has had things stolen and my car is not fixed and the inside is filthy cause of them I do not recommend anyone to Sam’s he is a con artist and needs to be stopped he also has forged my name to close my claim out for the insurance company but if anyone is having trouble with Sam then get in touch with attorney general because they can help close him down

Had a suburban towed there in March 2024 and 5 months later truck still running rough and ended up needing a motor.... not to mention that sams parked it across the street in front of speedway and got a ticket.... I kept calling to check on it and they gave me the run around.... one day they had called and said that I needed a battery and alternator and the alternator looks used that they put in because it is not brand new.... it took over a month for the alternator when they have them brand new at the parts store.... I would not recommend ANYONE to let Sam do any work on a car, truck, suv or van because the are con artists and I had to pay 1100.00 for what🤔 go at your own risk because read the rest of the reviews and they are not good... why are they still in business? THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DONE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Not to mention when you call to check the status of your vehicle they get mad like you are bothering them, when they are SLOW and DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

I had blown my water pump, almost blew up my car! Called Sam on an emergency basis from across the street. The very next morning my vehicle is all fixed, I’m not completely broke and they made sure to even get me to and from work that day! Thanks guys you did a great job and I couldn't be happier right now!!

I am impressed with Sam and his team. He explained all the repairs needed for my car in a way I totally understood. He even went out of his way to make sure I had transportation home. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If I could rate this place a negative 5 stars I would ! Horrible customer service , went in to get our transmission replaced and came out with so many other problems which they refuse to fix or even give a discounted rate. Would not , absolutely not recommend this place !!!!!
