white clothes returned from dry cleaning off white. This happened multiple times with experience pants and dresses . They tried to fix several times but no results. manager never tried to help with damaged clothes.

They weren’t able to tell me what chemical method they use for cleaning. That’s basic.

took an alpaca filled comforter to them"dry clean only" was returned ruined, like it had been put in a washing machine, I was argued with at front desk saying it smelt like it was dry cleaned, this is not the way to do business, totally ruined, not even an apology
