Jordan at rod Hatfield new circle rd lexington ky was extremely rude to us via text messages. His manager was also very cold and short with us. Do not patronize this car lot.

Arlie made the buying process pretty easy and did a great job getting us approved. He worked with us into after hours to help us take the vehicle today. Really great customer service!

Arlie helped me get into a newer vehicle with lower my monthly payments. It's not quite what I was hoping for, but he went above and beyond to help me get out of that situation as best he could. To be fair it was a unique situation.

I called the dealership and asked if they have a pre-used Kia Niro hybrid for sale. The salesperson put me on hold to check and then assured me that they have a few on the lot. Trusting him I drove across town in rush hour traffic only to find out that he had lied to me as they had no Niros and hoped to show me a Volvo instead. Just having been proven that he is not trustworthy, I declined the sales person's offer.

I bought a used 2006 Chevy 2500hd beautiful truck but the manager failed to mention the most critical thing about the truck that it was going to need a trans I didn’t get 7 minutes from there lot and broke down it turned a 45 minute drive into an hour and a half drive because people cannot tell the truth I will personally never go back to deal with them or anywhere else that says rod hatfield unless you like being lied to don’t go there then the manager Jerrid asked me to drive it back up there after it left me stranded on the side of the road in a construction zone with traffic flying 80 mph past me and when I finally got home and called them it took me an hour or more to get things sorta figured out they weren’t going to help me in any way with it they were only going to take it back and sale it in auction they couldn’t work out any deal they fill you full of high hopes and talk this big game and then when it comes down to it everything was a lie

Rodhatfield used cars made my first time buying experience one of the worst !! Not only did they sell me a car that they had said had all the inspections that their shop does. Come to find out the day after I baught it I noticed the front end was roaring so loud you couldn't hear yourself talk yo one another. I took it to my mechanic and they said that the front end wheel bearings were going out and who ever had done any kind of work on it they spray painted the hub to make it look like they changed them. When I took it back to them the next day. They wanted me to pay 200+ more just to have them inspect it!! Along with the power steering wining and the drivers side window motor going not working properly ?!! To top it all off their sales manager changed the price on the sticker claiming it was a sales mistake( he added over 4000$ more to the price ) !! I haven't even put 3000 miles because I'm worried about driving it on the highway last time I did and when I put the breaks on the whole front end started shaking and scared me. I had put $9000 down and yes I did request to just get my money back and they refused. The warranty coverage won't even cover it because they said it was preexisting issues.
My father said to call my attorney and apparently that's what I am going to have to do. I would not suggest anyone to buy from this dealership. I Took a pick of the original sale tag and still have it this is certainly not what I wanted or what I wanted to pay for it !!

To say the least, Rod Hatfield is an extremely dishonest and disorganized car dealership. I bought a used car and paid what they wanted for it. The Carfax was “clean.” Later, I took it to another dealer (where the car still has a remaining factory warranty) to check an open recall and to fix a minor problem only to learn that this “clean” car had previously been wrecked and had a massive amount of repair work (equating to almost $10,000) done to the front of the vehicle. This was not disclosed by Rod Hatfield at any point during the sales process. I would never have bought the vehicle had I known about the severe damage. The sales manager I talked to has a terrible attitude and denied that anyone in the organization knew about the damage. I called him out and he got very defensive, and dismissive and said they get “screwed” all the time, which is not my problem (maybe they wouldn’t if they took more time to research the vehicles they are taking in on trade). After a long conversation, he finally agreed to take the car in for repair. They were nice enough to give me a loaner with no gas. After a few days, I got the car back and they had not fixed the problem. Instead, they did unnecessary repairs (changed three or four tires rather than the two that were bad and replaced a part they found no damage to which was told to me by my salesman. I don’t really know what they did to it because they refused to provide me with a summary of repairs. I called again and spoke to the same sales manager who, essentially, told me they were done spending money on it and that he had driven the car and the issue was resolved. No, the issue is NOT resolved! In total, they spent around $900.00 on the car while I spent over 40K. They owe me money back on the purchase price since they neglected to tell me the true history of the vehicle. They also owe me the repair of the vehicle. Now, they will not return my phone calls. Which leads me to believe they have something to hide. No wonder they have you sign a paper saying you won’t take them to court!I would stay far away from them as they are not an honest enterprise, and they couldn’t care less about their customers unless it is taking their money. I waited to post this review trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would make things right. Clearly, even after a BBB complaint, they are not honest enough to do so.Edit to add. They had the nerve to send me a "one year anniversary of delivery" to my email stating that they pride themselves in "quality of cars sold" and a "the customer is always right attitude." They are nothing but low-life scammers and liars.
