Drive through hours say they are open until 2pm on Saturday but at 1:45pm, there was no one in site. No one working, no cars in parking lot, they had been gone for a while apparently.

Atm ate my checks, I have receipt. But because pnc can't find the checks they won't honor them. Once they went out of my possetion and into the atm, it should be pnc's legal responsibility. I have gone through the BBB and pnc has not changed there stance. Small buisness owner with over 20 years banking with pnc. But I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

I like banking with PNC overall. They've been good to me for 20+ years. But not this location. Not sure what they're going for here, but convenience isn't it. And is the virtual teller thing a joke?? Hard to believe a major bank would implement such a system without asking whether it even made sense...

Used the video banking at this location to deposit cash and a check into my account. I was told the transaction got jammed in the machine together, but the check was permanently credited to my account and not the cash equaling $500.00. I will NEVER use this or ANY VIDEO ATM to deposit cash!!! It's been 2 weeks, still nothing.

Staff was friendly but there are NO tellers at this bank. No way to deposit cash except at atm.

Avoid this location like the plague. They got rid of inside banking. Now you get to talk to a "video teller" through a machine that is literally just a atm but with extra steps.Complete trash idea. Good luck if you try it yourself

Went to PNC on Taste Creek road Lexington KY. Guess, they can't count because it took almost 15 mins to give a 1000.00 Dollars. They need training when a customer is waiting that long the teller should something never took that long at any other Branch.

Im tell everybody I know not to bank with PNC, facebook, Instagram. Mad cant even explain how I feel, They closed my account and I dont even know why, they even sent my check and still aint give me a reason. By it being a business account pnc would even cash it. they could of call me to get my money out, I had to wait a month for the check so I went in financial debt. This bank really disgust me they didnt even offer anything. Go somewhere else

I would give PNC a 0 star if I could I would not bank with them. These poor excuse of people closed my account for no reason, it had my bill money and everything. They sent me a check that I havent yet received and its been 12 days. I have two kids and its not like it was a small amount my car is up for repossession and I had to call to get a extension on my lights. I will not trust these people with your money at all. Bank with somebody else

My daughter had forgotten her pin number. Went in the office and Leigh Ann was amazing. She was very friendly and helped fix everything. Always found this PNC to have amazing customer service.

Just opened a account here at this branch Mary Beth was great to work with. Sarah Lynn the assistant branch manager was very standoffish as if you could tell she was having a bad day she would be the type of person you wouldn’t want to work for
