I made a mistake and opened a personal account for my small business LLC. When Justin at PNC bank discovered it, he worked with me to close the incorrect account, transfer funds, and get me set up correctly. He could not have been more supportive or friendly and spent nearly 45 minutes with me to help me understand the process and what was happening.

Rude, long waits for no apparent reason. It was faster to get back in the car and drive to PNC on New Circle.

Missy just helped me solve a simple issue with my account. She was so professional and friendly that it only affirms why I have banked with PNC since 2012. Great service at every turn.

Never experienced more personable customer service and assistance than with Jordan Stafford recently. Seriously considering moving our family's banking over to Jordan. Jordan also talked about the benefits of moving our mortgage over to PNC. I appreciate and trust him. Felt like family. Thank you Jordan!

Honestly i hate pnc I've had ongoing issues with my account for awhile Justin is my go to guy who knows the situation and gets it taken care of but i shouldn't have to call the bank and deal with fraud every month ....i can't wait till my account is fixed and i can switch banks 6 years of a mess with pnc.

I went to PNC this morning, had a lot going on on with my account.
spoke to Becky Trowbridge, she was ready to help me, she even went out of her way to do what was needed to resolve my issues.
She was really nice, kind and I do appreciated the way she handle the situation. I really hope there would be more people out there like Becky who would be willing to do more than what is ask for.

Before I begin, there is a very nice man who works here. If hes there you might not experience the TERRIBLE customer service. Do not expect these people to know what goes on at the bank, or even how to DO THEIR JOBS. 5,5! times they put money into reserve rather than spend, 6!! 6 times they didn't follow instructions on the deposit slip. I was embarrassed twice over these peoples darn INCOMPETENCE and when I called to complain about receiving fines bc they had put the money in the wrong account, I was spoken rudely to and hang up on. No more, never again.
