They have the best ATM machine of any banks in Lexington. The withdrawal amount is in increments of $1 .

On the Saturday before the holiday weekend, they only had one teller on duty. That teller was forced to cover both drive thru lanes and a lobby completely full of frustrated customers. A lady came out and announced that she could not help us because she was a banker and not a teller. The average wait time was over 30 minutes with several customers getting exasperated and leaving. I asked the "banker" lady to look up my loan number which she did. I told her that PNC had bought out my loan and that I was not able to access the online account. She announced in a loud voice...your PAST DUE AMOUNT is $(#*@ She smiled while I stared...my loan was due 4 days ago and still within my grace period....How incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.....why anyone intentionally signs up for an account here is beyond me.

Went to PNC bank New Albany IN to withdrawn money out of our account. Clerk asked what was i withdrawing it for. Told her none of her business. She told her supervisor she wasn't "comfortable" with my transaction. They only let me withdraw half. She started feverishly typing i assume about me. Went across the bridge to Louisville and had no problem. Complained to the manager at my local branch and she said they are required to ask. Couple days later i went in to check on our POA on our home equity account that i had been waiting months to hear about that we have had with PNC for years. Was told that they cancelled our accounts with them. We had been with that branch over 50 years. Lucky i went to Chase. Gave us $500 to go with them and helpful and nice. Went to PNC with paperwork to take money out of our new account with Chase to pay monthly on our home equity loan. They wouldn't accept it although the POA covers all financials. All coming from not answering what i do with my money. Go to Chase. They Rock!
