We recently purchased new appliances from Pierratt’s (first time buying NEW). Upon deliver the covers of two of the doors were scuffed up and although not bad we asked for them to replace the covers. The serviceman, Billy, came by today and pointed out that the hinge on the fridge door was bent which caused the doors to scrape part of the door o hasn’t noticed as well as making the doors unlevel. (Which I did notice but didn’t realize it could be fixed.) He said he could go ahead and replace the cover and let it be or he could order a new hinge and fix it all properly. I chose the latter.He could’ve slapped the new cover on and went about his day but didn’t. This is rare in today’s world and has renewed my hope in humanity.I wasn’t sure who to use when we bought the appliances but this experience confirmed that we went with the right place and I am so grateful to Billy’s attention to detail and Pierratts for hiring quality service men who still know how to do the right thing. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Pieratt’s since mid 1970’s! I’ve purchased a lot from them over the years and have been very satisfied. My most recent purchase was a counter depth black stainless refrigerator and I love it! Ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. I highly recommend Pieratt’s.

Friday May 17 I tried to call Pieratt's service dept on Mr Tabor Rd. Lexington Ky, Finally had to call sells and they took a note to Service. My washing machine is just a few months old and I needed help removing the agitator because something was stuck around the edge. I was first told my problem was not an emergency and it would be first week of June before someone could come to help me. I am an 80 year old caregiver for my husband who has Parkinson's and dementia. There is a great need for a working washing machine. The reason I purchased one from Pieratt's was I was told by the sales person they have in-house ready to help service. I spoke to manager Zach in service and he told me after checking there wasn't anyway they could help me today. It will not be a long job but one I don't have the tool to remove the nut on the agitator. I will not purchase from Pieratt's again. No help when help is needed!!

Delivery people called with time frame info and followed up on the schedule. They were very quick with removing the old fridge and setting up and placing the new one.
